    thank you for sharing!! was actually very much needed for me as i am always so confused how to turn my elbow and flipping the grip 😅

    I still can’t bend my elbow and twist it like that. I feel like my arm is gonna snap… how is he doing that

      That's definitely a tough rotation that requires a good range of motion and flexibility! I have some progressive ways to build into it but this pose can take a bit to unlock for some!
