The fact that all the voices don't feel out of place is so insane to me, especially considering most of the cast is female. Yet 8 and Callie being the only two with feminine voices fits so accurately. Personality really does change a lot, huh?
Captain 3's voice is also female here.

I love the idea that after the events of Splatoon 3’s story mode, DJ Octavio just kinda chills with them for a while, crashes on their couch a bit cause he doesn’t have access to his army

4 has trust issues, and is quick to jump to conclusions
New 3 is the rational type, but also throws Captain 3 under the bus
Marie is the logical type, thus ousting her cousin to fot the time frame

And Captain 3 is so done with everybody

I feel that 4 and 8 playing those characters is actually accurate to the storyline. 4 is partially more childish and doesn’t know as much as the other agents, while 8 is kind and honest.
I love how 8 is STILL trying to intervene with the fight at the end with Callie and Marie

The fact octavio cares for 8 makes sense, since the octarians, including octolings, that octavio uses in the levels are cut off tentacles with sentience, so in a way, Octavio's defending his daughter.
