This is just perfect: the Cuttlefish lessons, Frey’s phone having the eels as “theboys”, the Big man = Mario Sunshine boss joke, the Deepcut pogs, the humorous back and forth s with Octavio.
The music was an excellent accompaniment.
Everything had an air of “Something about” series (which is a good thing to take inspiration from) but your jokes and art style lets this stand on its own 2 feet.
Don’t forget the griddy XD

The spazzing out that the characters do gets me everytime, from Agent 3 going down the pipe to Octavio getting hit by Small Fry
Octavio coming back with the milk only to be a very supportive father is possibly the goodest interpretation of what happened here.
I love how it's never explained where Octavio is during the entirety of Splat 3's main story, wonder if he's off doing something else in the DLC
