They are very much still together. Greatest band ever. Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood released an album under the title of ‘The Smile’ last year which was amazing. Managed to see them live in Manchester back in 2017.

Seeing Radiohead in a small space... that ship has long sailed. Their next tour will probably be stadiums (or if they do what they always do, they'll play way too small venues like arenas lol)
This group will gain legendary status the older people get and discover their music, no sell out from them, just do what they do.

In my opinion, fake plastic trees is the best song ever made. It's just blows me away how beautiful it is every time i listen to it.

They're maybe not mainstream anymore but are still very popular worldwide. I think their music will always resonate with people who have been (or are going through) a tough time. Their discography is so varied that it appeals to many different music tastes, and it's not all melancholy either! There are some great uplifting tracks on their In Rainbows album for example.

i bought this album the day it came out. when i got to "fake plastic trees" i didn't go forward for days and days as I listened to this on repeat over and over and over.

Yes they're still around, there are not many bands that have been around as long as they have and can still remain relevant with the music they release. You should try In Rainbows, it's a return to The Bends / Ok Computer type sound.

I love this song so much - how can you be what someone else wants all the time, it’s an impossible bar and so unhealthy you have to accept people for who they are good and bad.

Great conversation, Sue ! .. It was interesting and fun, and Shannon was very entertaining .. I must admit that I haven't listened to a lot of Radiohead's music, and I hadn't heard this one before .. It was pretty good, but the only song by them so far that I really love heaps is "Karma Police" .. That one is just so atmospheric .. Musically and lyrically, it has a disturbing but totally addictive feel.
