The lights reminded me of the teamLab Borderless exhibits in Japan, but the Japanese display are interactive and you are permitted to play with the projected animations and some of the display elements. If you like traditional and authentic Taiwanese cultures, you should visit Lugang, Changhua. Lugang is about 1 hour drive from Taichung. There's a short jingle that said ' 一府二鹿三艋舺'. That meant in Taiwan the first city was Tainan and the second city was Lugang while the third city was Mangja ( in Taipei) before 18th century and they were all the ports and centers of southern, central and northern Taiwan respectively.

@@LayersOfJenn yup. Ferry ride from Bremerton to seattle was free, we spent $10 on a bouquet in pike place market, and then for two people it was $80 ($40 a ticket) for the aquarium. Our fast ferry ride back to Bremerton was $20. We spent over $100 for one day trip to seattle. And we didn’t even buy food. America is extremely expensive

Taichung looks like an amazing place to visit 😍 so artsy and fun! AND so dang AFFORDABLE! I seriously want to go! So how far is it from where you live? The high speed rail sounds so affordable compared to the shinkansen. Was it far?
71 Euros for all of that? Including a taxi and uber?! Ummm... 150 Euros for 2 to do all of those activities and food is definitely cheap! In Europe that would only cover the dinner you had towards the end with the cocktails. My favorite part is definitely the museum with all those mirrors and light effects! Could spend an entire day in there hahaha
Yeah including taxi/Uber!! I think having a $40 off coupon for every ride that trip totally helped! Sometimes there are coupons like that were you get 25 trips with _____ off at certain times.
I think you had better plan a Taichung trip again, there are numerous amazing places that you don't visit, such as National Taichung Theater, Sheng Ji New Village, Gaomei Wetland, TUNGHAI UNIVERSITY and Feng Chia Night Market.
I can only do so much in two days, please keep that in mind. I hit up the places *i* wanted to go to first. I will be back to Taichung for more visits and more videos. Especially since Hsinchu is close. ✨👌🏻 (I am wait g for stronger sunsets for Gaomei Wetlands!) Thanks for watching.

太陽餅是個很神奇的特產,一般台中人根本不吃這個東西。台中到處都有太陽餅店,但銷售的對象大部份都是外地人與外國旅客,一般台中人平常不會特地去買來吃,尤其是傳統口味的太陽餅。我在成功嶺當兵的時候,一些外地來的阿兵哥沒事就買一整盒大家分來吃,因為福利站賣的還蠻便宜的,做為零食CP值算高的。
後來台中太陽餅店越來越多,一些店家開始做出許多不同於傳統口味的太陽餅,而且包裝也越來越時尚,台中人才開始對太陽餅感興趣。像我自己根本不吃傳統口味的太陽餅,但香橙口味就很對我的胃口。

So many of the older animes we super familiar and I used to watch them when I was a kid on completely dubbed kids channel when I was in Egypt, now I am gonna be singing their opening themes for the rest of the day 😂🎶. Was it just me missing them or did they not get a chance to add HunterXHunter 🥺
