Hi! Two weeks ago i saw first time one of your movies on YT, and from the first moment i knew that it's some good stuff. Next i watch few more movies and start doing burpees. Some time ago i was doing little different kind of burpees, but yours are muuuuuch better! One week ago i start for warm up and done 75reps, next 100, next 200, and today 250. It takes me 40 min (250). Make's me really sweattie, and very satisfate. I'm trying to keep good technic, no cheeting and doing rest between 25/50 reps about 15-20 sec.I know that is not very good result, but everybody started from some lvl, different lvl. I never before could think about doing 250 burpees. You inspire me to do something with my body, feel better, i start to love this routine.💪greetings from Poland for You Soldier !
I just subscribed. Im a fat fuck who lifts and the can't get to a gym. This is going to be my first new fitness routine in a decade! Thanks for the inspiration.
Sorry for being late to the party but I’m so glad to have found your content. So knowledgeable and informative. I do a lot of HIIT and find that I struggle with burpees due to lower back issues and sciatica. Thanks again for-point knowledge.
Love this routine. I will try it out once my shoulder heals. I dislocated it yesterday while incline bench pressing (carelessly missed the rack, causing the barbell to slip, pulling a previously dislocated shoulder backwards. Fortunately, I wasn't crushed). I'm doing bodyweight squats and lunges in the meantime: 30 reps of air squats, followed by combo reps of 5 air squats, 5 lunges and 5 jumping jacks for 20 reps. I'm planning on adding kettlebell swings with my remaining arm. Any recommendations on training while waiting for a shoulder injury to heal? For now, I'm avoiding shoulder-related moves. I have to get it checked out (hopefully nothing torn) and undergo phys therapy -- I really don't want to undergo surgery. In the meantime, I do not want to lose most of my fitness. Doing burpees in the morning was as good as a cup of coffee, but I gotta adjust for now. Thank you for these videos and keep 'em coming, Iron Wolf. You remind me to not let this setback bring me down.
Michael Tallsman shoulders take time to heal, guess you will be hitting a lot of legs and core lol my recommendation is to let it heal all the way, do not rush it and come back healthy and ready to train. The workout game is a patient and smart mans game.
My work buddies and I have started doing bodyweight circuits after work since the local gyms have closed. Burpees are our go to giving us the most bang for our bucks in the shortest time frame. We recently tried a 20 to 1 kettlebell swing ladder interlaced with 1 to 20 burpees with a hop. It was horrendous, but it felt great knowing that we had the mental fortitude to grind through it. If possible, could you make a video of the same workout to give us a new time to aim for.

I’m 3 days into a 10 day quarantine here in the UK. This cheeky little number will form my workout during that period. Respect buddy and stay safe!
You’re a beast mate. Admire the discipline
Iron Wolf Rocks!!!my husband is former Marine, retired after 20+ years... I told of him about u and he said, “good luck keeping up with him... he’s a Marine, he’s a bad ass!” Lol! I’m gonna try! 💪🏼😃
I love all of iron Wolfs programs but buy far to me this is the best because you can quickly do so many rounds so fast. I did six rounds of this today while watching college football. No chips are beer. Just T.V me and the floor👍🏽
Just hit this real quick after getting off graveyard shift. It’s a good place to start man these pushups started killin me lol I’m gonna keep pushing this is just the beginning thanks for the routine
That was epic. Been a big fan of mine the burpees, can very rarely get people at the gym to ever want to do them. They are tough but why train and be comfortable. There is no sense in that. Top man keep it going.👍
Added this to my 1 month discipline challenge got 14-13 mins on it! Great little workout, I definitely underestimated it when I was about to try it the first time.
I believe I will be alternating this routine with one of your others, thank you again wolf for showing the rest of us the way!! God bless the Wolf!!
You deserve much more subscribers .You are killing it bro !! Keep it up!

I watched this video and got a stitch half way through... Seriously mate, love your drive and commitment!!
Found out your channel on friday. Third day of burpee workouts in a row. Respect Sir.
Thank you for this awesome routine sir.
I seriously underestimated this workout!
Thank you for watching my channel and much respect
Thanks man! Here from Brazil. 💪👊
The best work out ever😀 This is the best way to reach 200 or even more burpees through out the day👍🏽
GREAT STUFF, AS ALWAYSS, QUICK LITTLE ROUTINE! EJ I LIKE YOUR HOUSE IN THE BACKGROUND):))
Just found ur Channel, thank you. And your strength and stamina is a true inspiration
I just subscribed. Im a fat fuck who lifts and the can't get to a gym. This is going to be my first new fitness routine in a decade! Thanks for the inspiration.
Hit it hard brother and lean out
Sorry for being late to the party but I’m so glad to have found your content. So knowledgeable and informative. I do a lot of HIIT and find that I struggle with burpees due to lower back issues and sciatica. Thanks again for-point knowledge.
Don’t do them the way CrossFit does
Iron Wolf so just follow the technique in your videos?
Yes sir, the way I do burpees won’t hurt your back, CrossFit style is sloppy and strains the lower back
Iron Wolf Thank you sir. Did them pain free for the 1st time💪🏾
Love this routine.
This is amazing, thanks for sharing 👊Just finished with this after a 4 mile run!
One of my favourite routines
Your beginner workout is some people's advanced bro 😂 keep up the good work, stay motivated 🙌
