“Mike &Molly” actor is shockingly unrecognizable. Only his VOICE is recognizable. Perhaps the diabetics drug that so many celebrities are using to lose weight.
I've always thought Adele was beautiful and looked great, but WOW, she's absolutely stunning now. All my love, always, no matter how she looks, and as long as she feels great 👍💜🙏✌️😎💃
Ross Matthew’s is probably doing the most sustainable thing to lose weight and keep it off. It’s important to just focus on nutrient rich foods that aren’t as dense in calories, make sure that there’s protein and vegetables in every meal and listen to your body when it’s full. That’s what I’m doing, and after doing weight loss by being an exercise bulimic twice (not eating healthy, then working out to get rid of the calories…sometimes 5-6 hours per day), I’m confident that I can do it properly this time around because my relationship with food has improved: I found food to be my only source of comfort starting at the age of 4. Now that I have done a LOT of work to process my trauma and figure out healthier ways to manage my triggers, I no longer see food as something to help me self-soothe, but as a source of nutrition. It feels amazing to be free of that toxic relationship with food.

There is no shame in it, it's a valid surgery which prolongs and even save lives for those unable to lose weight otherwise.

When you lose all that weight, your skin on your face seems to sag......why do you think women have fillers?!?! I noticed it on John Goodman too.

It's hard to get older. Some people look good. Others look gaunt currently I have a hard time losing weight. So it's a live long process.
