Bushing replacement on club car ds

Since you didn't show the rest of the job, did you need to press them in , or lube and squeeze them into the eye? I'm bringing a big c clamp; just in case, to get them all into the spring eye.

KirkLives no special tools. Just lube it up well and if anything maybe use a small hammer.

Wayspage ..actually, used wate pump pliers after a shot of lube on all parts, ans sqeezed them into place.
After that it was lube the new bolts if needed and bolt it up. Thanks!!

My 99 DS the front wheel canted in, come to find out these are bad. Replacing all way around,

@@isaacandandanne I found the ones for the front at club car Enterprizes I have a location near me. They were 99 cents each.

I bought mine from ebay. A seller that specifically noted they were rubber and not plastic

What’s the name of the part that bushing goes into

The bushing goes into the leafspring. A sleeve goes through both bushings.

*Outer sleeve* on the end of the leaf spring. The inner sleeve goes through the center holes.
