Thanks very much for your information! This is the exact problem I had with my 122C string trimmer. The way to access the cylinder bolts is slightly different, but sure enough, the 2 bolts they use on the 122C had loosened up. Snugged them up, reassembled it, and it fired right up!
Brilliant thanks. I'd been trying to get mine started for a few days. Watched this and sure enough it was the barrel come loose. Tightened it up, started right up. 👍
I've done all you showed and still won't start. Has new carburetor, gas lines, filter. I put a little gas in the carburator and it tries to start..what else can I do to it
I had the same problem with a homelite leaf blower. The fan was damaged which caused vibration that loosened the bolts. How about putting some blue lock tight on the bolt threads?
May have gotten some water in the fuel. Dump the tank, use new fuel mix mixed in a dry can, new plug, prime it a bunch to flush the carb and try again.

Thank you. I had this exact problem, without your help, I'd have had to replace the hedge cutter.

I have the exact same one. Mine runs good for ten mins then dies and won't start back. Any ideas.
Check to see if you still have spark when it dies, sounds like a bad coil.
@@TepcoCycleRepair thanks man will check tomorrow 🤞
I almost bet that’s what’s wrong with mine 122HD60
