@@benstone596 Watch Doc. This entire season of Hermitcraft. The man is insane. 20 wardens accidentally released on the roof of the nether is just a small fraction of what he's done - for example, he has two dragons in the overworld.
@@potatoskunk5981 I know the man is insane, was just confused on the accidentally part😂
Doc thought the machine would be Grian proof if he didn’t add a button on it 🙈 but then Grian brought Scar to help him with buttonless machines and how to ruin them 😅
You can either make it Grian-proof or Scar-safe but not both, apparently... 😂 The only real solution is not to allow Grian and Scar to be within 100 blocks of each other without adult supervision. Ground them, basically.
This is so true!
These guys have the genius idea to review footage with the other hermits to find how it broke, but they can't review it again TO SEE HOW TO BUIL IT
I love them
They didn't look at it enough before destroying it 😅
Grian and Scar should NEVER be trusted alone... ever. They are like two little gremlins that someone fed after midnight.
And they were fed WELL
it feels like scar's "you never know if you're gonna wake up in the morning" was foreshadowing
*Grian sees buttons and levers:* OOOoooh, what does this do? Let me mess with these.
*Grian sees a noteblock:* I feel like this is a trap.
😂
honestly, I would like a war, gives some chaos to a pretty peaceful server. Plus the last ‘big war’ on Hermitcraft may have been the war with Grian and Scar about mycelium in season 6. Honestly I want a war with Grian and Scar on the same side, on Hermitcraft.
😂
Grian going into Doc's tunnel feels like the protagonist figuring out the true depth of the Dark Lord's plan
Gem: Angry “mean” Mom
Impulse: disappointed dad
Scar: That one sibling that just likes making fun of you when your parents are yelling at you
Y. E. S.
lol I am that sibling
the younger one making fun of the older siblings when they get in trouble cause of the younger one
This is way to true 💀
Scar is also the sibling that gets in trouble and just leaves
then doc is the scary scientist across the street
grian this video is a perfect example of why you and scar CAN NOT be left alone with each other
Oh, and don't let doc in the room if you value the room, the house, and the surrounding few miles.
Grian: In my defense, I was left unsupervised
Doc: Wasn't Scar with you?
Scar: In my defense, I was also left unsupervised
hes such a bad influence on our grian
Grian's reaction to breaking the machine is the exact same energy as highscoolers scattering from a sound of a headteacher approaching a window they've just broke
Or when you go through a wall in a mockfight... same energy indeed.
...Stolen comment from scar's video
as someone who broke a window one time this is exactly what it felt like
@@Quasarel Yep! Great comment though
tf did y'all do during highschool?

The silence after they destroyed doc’s machine absolutely killed me XD

20:00 The best thing is, that Doc has been cooking this the whole season. To make Grian and Scar, to be the two kids that broke neighbors window 😄😄. I can't wait for the huge smile on Docs face when he release a retaliation on these two
You just reminded me he has a TnT pooping mech pointed at Scar Land.
@@coreytaggart128 release the G.O.A.T. 😁😁
This went from procrastination to an intervention for said procrastination back to procrastination that ended up in a huge destructive accident
this is unintentionally one of the funniest episodes, I can't wait to see the fan animatics for this one
Let’s hope to see some soon.
And don't forget the moment when Grian got distracted from procrastinating (by discovering the bore hole), lmao!
Watching this I couldn't help but feel motivated to make an animatic for the intervention which sucks as my tablet is broken ToT
More of a greek tragedy, than a comedy, but agreed xD
I love that even in the moment of complete panic the blogger mode kicks in and Grian actually waits for Scar to fly within voice chat distance to unpause the full panic mode
I like how the three people who intervened on the Backside Baresies all have massive builds completed with the backsides done
How much funnier would it be though, if they hadn't completed their backs? 😂😂😂
I like how no one questioned the floating ender chest, but this isn't a chest monster intervention. It's a finish the back intervention 😅.
The wholesomeness of those three just showing up like friends trying to help a friend with an addiction-
TRUE
More like to help a friend with undiagnosed executive dysfunction (ADHD) lol
@@cakeyeater7392 yeah I was thinking that too

The silence between Scar and Grian at 20:05 is like when you know you messed up big times 😭😭
You just hear Grians quiet gasp and then pure silence for a few seconds.
Also in Scars video he turns to face Grian but Grian’s already flying away xD
That’s the sound of their lives flashing before their eyes… silence and then screaming (the opposite of the “sound of forgiveness” 🫠) 😂😂😂
My first thought was
"they are so dead"
Scar and grian are like siblings
Trying to make Grian be productive is like trying to plug a leak but you missed a spot so now all the water is condensed into a single powerful beam
Watching Mumbo and Grian is like watching a detective series as well as it's prequel that gives extra context at the same time... Except they are both the main series as well as the prquel simultaineously
😅🤣
The sheer silence when they destroyed docs machine was so perfect
Silence has never sounded so deafening
These are some good friends.
The thing is, as Grian says, it’s not even a joke. He’s clearly struggling, and the only thing to fix it is to finish it.
ADHD for ya
@Chance Brian i’m your friend like that now this is your intervention go do your work
@@nirvanaah6906 true. Can attest, coincidentally.
@@user-fe6tq1vw2h I agree with the other guy. You need to go do your stuff now.
Doc managing to scare grian without even being there😂
the clocks ticking for you two. 😬🐐
Grian is the child the family desperately tries to get to do their homework at like 10pm
Impulse and Gem felt like very supportive and encouraging parents in this lol while Scar felt like an older brother who tries to be supportive as well but inevitability just ends up encouraging the younger sibling to be chaotic
Seeing Doc himself on Twitter seemingly cooking some terrifying stuffs as revenge, I'm both excited and scared. RIP Grian and Scar, may the goat father have some mercy on you both! :'D
Well my prediction is that doc will set up some made arrow cannon thing that spawn kills both of them forever until he’s finished re building it or smth
Doc messed with your portal with shadow technology to shrink your portal to a 1 by 1. Just break the portal and relight it.
@@ShinySylveon1993 oh you snitch!
Did grian just start another war with doc?!😮
@@SaffronicSaffron that is very much possible
i feel like he will answer our demands of war in one way or another
"This is Doc's world, we just live in it." This episode turned unexpectedly hilarious xD
I love how Grian is just in sync with mumbo's thoughts about the copper, having guessed he didn't do the back on purpose and read the sign the same way he did too. Can really see the bond they have.
"I watched mumbo bild one once"
"Well that seems qualified enough"
Had me rolling on the floor laughing for a few minutes
Grian and Scar destroying the tunnel borer and running away screaming w/ genuine fear and regret has got to be the single funniest moment in all of hermitcraft.
The only thing that could have made this better is grians live face reaction
scar immediatly stopping mid laugh as the machine blew up was just perfect
i just love the slow buildup, its literally like something from a cartoon, grian shows scar the tunnel bore, scar's curiosity gets the better of him and he starts trying to use it as grian urges him to be careful, scar activates it and grian sees how cool it is, then they both start playing with the tunnel bore, and accidently break it. they both go completely silent.
I love how impulse was trying to give good advice while scar and gem were like "work or you die"
If Grian had just listened to Impulse, none of this would have happened lol.
I believe that's called, "good cop/bad cop"
Well..This now solves the mystery of who bought Xisuma's shulker box for 9 diamonds instead of 9 diamond blocks 😅
scar: i’m here to make sure you finish the back of your base. no distractions
grian: doc has a tunnel bore
scar: HELL YEAH LETS GO
Grian's immediate reaction to blowing up the tunnel bore is so funny. Like two kids messing around that accidentally kicked their ball through someones window lmao
Xsuma: "Someone cant read... Someone paid only 9 Diamonds, instead of 9 Diamond Blocks..."
Grian: "This Box for only 9 Diamonds is a deal!"
its so wholesome how the hermits got together to give Grian a group therapy session to encourage him to finally build the back of the base
L.O.R.E. plot twist: They weren't the hermits. They were Grian's conscience that took the form of the hermits
@@iamthedogtor STOP MAKIN IT DARK-
Also, Scar was basically trying to just get him to do the darn thing.
I think its safe to expect that a LOOOOOOT of charged creepers will appear at your base all of a sudden.
That Grian entered doc's mine with 53 rockets and exited with 15 left just shows the level of dedication doc has
He also went through another stack...
