I love the topic between you and our guess. I love the maturity of u both. Knowing who u are and what u want in life. And being happy even in single life. Also love the fact u want the person that come in u life to love God and have a relationship with him like u do that great. God knows ur desires to be married and have children. He will send u ur special person. Remember what the bible says he who finds a wife find a good thing.

This conversation really put things into perspective for me. I was definitely that girl who got married without knowing who she was and no standards. Now im divorcing but i have a clearer picture of what i want in a relationship and what i wont tolerate. Thanks for the conversation ladies. Love your podcast so far Peris. ❤

This episode was like meeting long lost sisters. I always resonated with African women as an Indian woman more than any other race. And some things you guys said made me feel a little more normal about my choices.
Hearing western mostly white women casually speak of meeting a man in a bar and then kissing him on the first date or simply doing one nightstands just made me feel kinda disgusted personally. But it seemed like everyone was doing it. But hearing your guest made me feel better about this whole thing, and kind of reduced the feeling of “I’m missing out by not being like them”. 💞

Your guest is a wonderful conversationalist and totally agree with her about this pet thing. I adore dogs but helllz no to licking, petting, kissing, walking, feeding etc…..kids are fine for me😊

I applaud you, and hopefully having a foreigner temporary key to unlock doors for more women and people color in foreign countries, especially Korea! but a I disagree to compare the states on prejudice issues as other countries watch and administer little to no improvements when it comes to human rights . Foreigners will be censored when it doesn’t corresponds a positive image for their country!
When you are a guest in a foreign in a country that has no one in power that resembles you the prejudice analogy, is not the
same! In the USA people of color, especially blacks sacrificed with their lives and for you to say, prejudice is the same!!!
Acknowledgment of civil rights in the USA deserves, more respect! Many countries have not caught up but are trying thanks to the blacks fighting for civil rights in government of the United States❤ I enjoy you and your channel don’t justify prejudice in foreign countries, acknowledge it, and change it and beautiful young lady you had that opportunity and thank you for applying it❤ I hope your channel continues to grow so conversations like this can have a positive platform to learn and banish stereotype❤ I am a female over 50, black in a interracial relationship meaning marriage for over 30 years and I has traveled to many countries. My experience when it comes to life? Embrace all the positive and negatives and make it work for you in a positive application. Keep on keeping on your journey of growth and fulfillment ❤

I just got out of relationship that was over 4 years long before I moved to Korea. And honestly, it was hard out in those streets too. Now, I'm almost 40 and while I did want kids, I don't think I've even dated 1 man that was at full potential in my life. ha. So, I'm giving up on finding one before I'm too old to have kids. But I would like to find a life partner. But It's def gonna be a hard find an an "older" black woman here in Korea.

Great episode! I think a good question to have asked when she was talking about her Dubai experience is “what is your experience” & “how exactly were the men menning?” I’m curious.

Like minds attract each other. Not sure what you were doing before but as you start to advance in life whether it's your career, podcast, or just your well being, then you will start to see the men and woman around you change as well with the same set of standards. But honestly you both are beautiful and smart so you guys will be fine lol.

This is a great conversation. What I would like to know more about is how do those saunas and bath houses "work". Also, is there anyone who went on a trip to rural areas or lives in a village? I wonder how is life different there compared to Seoul. And I am trying to get over the fact that some places do not allow you in because of race or age or cause I'd be dining alone. It just seems "different". Some people seem to have hard time with authorities to extend their working visas so there could interesting stories there. And are people actually still, some od them, choosing to sleep on the floor with those hard brick like pillows? I wonder whether Korea encourages any traditional dances, songs and practices like doing TV programs similar to "Britain's got talent". Have people who came to live to Korea adopted any "practices" they now keep? For example I saw a lady who said she now feels like bowing in greeting like Japanese do (after living in Japan for a while).
