I have also played 100s of times...this theme played then cut out....a glitch in the us version im told but it was always epic for a few minutes lol. stayed with me though

It's because those "rare" songs only plays in PAL format. Ntsc is messed up.

I've played Suikoden II about a hundred times since I bought it in 1999 and I don't quite remember that rare theme at the end! Very cool though.
