He is dependent on his allies exactly cuz he doesn't care much about anything and leave most stuff for them to manage, he is just seeking for someone worthy enough to kill him
Coming with Guan Yu max out, you litteraly roll on his face, and if you do the Trio Guan Yu Ginchiyo, Tadakatsu with the triple Msuou attack, it's insta kill.

Stage I use for getting officers to Rank S is a level 1 stage(forgot the name) with Dong Zhuo and Yuan Shao fighting each other. Ton of officers. For weapons just play one of the last stages on Chaos and Items....well the items with ranks.
