You really need to be more specific with the land hate ban. For example, is From the Ashes banned even though it lets you replace your lands? Is the Great Aurora banned? Is Brine Elemental banned? I wouldn’t mind problematic cards banned, but I hate wishy-washy, open-to-interpretation rules. Also, it kinda feels like you’re effectively banning mono-white decks. The most effective strategy they had was MLD which I guess only Vince and Richard were playing. Aside from that, you took away two essential mono-white staples and gave an even worse one back to blue. If it’s okay to neuter the least effective color, then it’s okay to keep Rift banned.
@@mmlgamer The probability of any of these four players actually wanting to play a mono-white deck this season anyway was pretty much nil. They very rarely play monocolored decks on Commander Clash anyway, much less mono-white ones. Remember, this isn't intended as a "Commander Clash approved / recommended" ban list for general play - it's just for THIS specific play group to shake things up this season.
@@LunaLasceria I get what you're saying but it makes it a self forfilling prophecy. There are a few fun mono white legends in the new set but compared to the other colors they aren't that good. I get smothering tithe in non mono white but I put a clause in there for if they play mono white, same for teferis protection. I use MLD so don't agree with that but I do understand that many people don't like it.

Love the face cam’s in the intro. The ban list seems fun. Very excited for season 10. Will say I love you all, but Richard has been an will always be my favorite. Omg the cams all the time is amazing.
Tomer got handed the answer to Crim’s Tergrid-Wheel with Seth giving him Scarab God and Richard giving him the Island to activate it, but was too stuck into his initial game plan to realize it. I can’t even complain because I’ve been in that same position so many times.
@Jim Harbor I think the idea was to reanimate his own Tergrid if it died, so that it would be his triggers resolving first. Of course, he didn't know what type of removal Crim was holding up, but it was still a pretty grave misplay.
Man, if only Tomer had some sort of mana sink in the command zone for all that flood. If somehow a certain opponent lost their reliquary tower it could have been pretty relevant to make them discard like 5 cards per turn or lose 3 life...
I don't know if this is new but being able to put your faces to your voices really helps me appreciate the content more. Thank you for the continued great commander content!

I'm only half an hour in, and I'm already loving this season. The changes are great, and it's fun seeing everyone's face. Also, after watching the stats episode, it's fun to see Richard just casually playing mana rocks while everyone else argues which one of them is the threat. XD

it'll be interesting to see if the banning of smothering tithe and teferi's protection will cause a decline in y'all choosing to play mono white, or maybe even playing with white in general. teferi's protection has some comparable alternatives, but the burst mana that smothering tithe provides is a pretty singular effect. i'm excited to see you guys do another season analysis when this season is over. it'll be cool to see how the new ban list changes y'all's playstyles, staples, and color interests
Easily one of my favorite episodes. Spent the entire time Loling from the initial pregame alliance against Richard, to Tomer realizing that Crim had built Rakdos Tergrid, and finishing with the attack of the boats. My vote is in favor of the outros. Without this outro, I had no idea that Seth’s deck was a World Tree Combo deck because he was never able to get off the ground.

What's the reason why Tomer didn't Tectonic Edge Richard's Reliquary Tower at 1:42:25 ? Did he forgot like apparently with the Academy Ruins? And isn't playing Lattice combo kinda against the spirit of the banlist because it's essentially mass land destruction?

Not fun to see someone go off on turn 4-6, we need the time for the game to gel and everyone it get their jokes in. Too many early wins will take away from the chemistry you guys have developed!

Big player mistake on Tomer's part olat 1:01:00. You should have kept the five mana up for The Sacrab God. You knew that Crim would kill your commander. You could have let it go to the graveyard, and then reanimated it with The Scarab God, so you would get the value off of the Wheel.
I don't understand the banlist...why ban dual lands based on cost, but leave Wheel of Fortune? Why ban Narset/Notion Thief etc, but leave Opposition Agent?
Cause only crim ever played counterbalance and it wasn't even in all his blue decks, the others just complained about it every week regardless. Watch the stats episode for more details
It goes active (or next closest to active with a Tergrid) then nonactive (or second with Ter to active) then resolves as a normal stack with first on, last off so the further from active status Ter player gets them all.
