DCS:A-10C Warthog - Sturmovik Campaign Mission 02: Bombing and Navigation (Trimmed Walkthrough)

This campaign revolves around two A-10C stolen by the Russians, and is used for testing, evaluation, and later in combat. Originally made for Russian local language, but is subtitled for English. This is a trimmed playthrough, and will only show key events, mission dialogues, aircraft systems setups, and particular tasks for the missions.
The mission is simple: familiarize the aircraft navigation system, as well as practice unguided bombs delivery at the target range. I input the wind LASTE data to let the computer compensate for wind drift, which makes bombing more accurate. The ripple setting helped me here; my first bomb fell slightly short but the second hit the target dead on.
Some tips for this mission:
- Learn to input Lat/Long coordinates into CDU
- Learn to input wind LASTE correction data
- Use UHF preset channels and manual frequency dial
- Steeper dive angle makes bombing more precise
- Ripple of 2 bombs can make up for near-miss
