    Did you use 1/2 of each colour?

      Yes equal parts of each colour and then 1:1 ratio with developer

    Hi!
    This colour is nice too!
    Is it equal parts again? 20g of 5/71 and 20g of 55/0 and then 40g of 6% welloxon developer and then mix all together and apply?! Advance thanks 😊

      @@hairupideaswhy did you mix double digits for grey hair? The 5/71

      @letsbehonest3949 5/71 is a 5 base with a 7(brunette) and 1 (ash) tone.

      @@hairupideas I know but don’t double digit after the forward slash dilute/weaken the potency for “full “ grey coverage. I think that what my teacher said at hairdressing school for Schwarzkopf

    I was taught at school if you add a colour with 2 numbers after the / it won’t cover the grey as good as you have to different shades after the /, example 7/67 the /67 makes the recipe weak for greys . I was taught for grey it should be a single digit mix with natural base colour. For example 6/0 or 66/0 (Schwarzkopf it’s was 6N (now it’s 6/0)or 6NN (now it’s 6/00) mixed with 6/5 is equivalent to the old numbering of 6G which Schwarzkopf ), 50/50 of these 2 colours for over 50% grey

      55/0 shade is a base colour with double colour saturation (55/), which is exactly what's needed for resistant grey.
      Not a hairdresser, but that is the info I got from their website

      @@elinabello19 yes I know that but I’m talking about AFTER the forward slash “/ “ like 7/67 .. the /67 makes it less likely to cover grey when mixed with a natural base, eg 7/0 and 77/0 for grey coverage. That’s what I was taught.

      @@Wowwwzaaa I think if you mix them half and half you still get the coverage. It's just that the double number after a / is to give you a reflection. Am I right? Clients expect hair colour with nuances (I know I do).
      My experience with colouring is that I started going white (I know it's called grey, but mine is stark white) at the tender age of 6yo.
      I got white eyelashes at 19yo.
      My grey is super resistant, so sin I've had hairdressers fret over how to cover my grey. They happily discuss it with me.
      So far the double number seems to work, but, as I've said, I'm not a professional 😊

      @@hairupideas nah it’s all good! It for my hair..Not clients . I just wanna try Wella cos I remember how good it was 10 years ago..I have the colours but their formula seems different now compared to back then. I tried 50/50 (66/0+ 6/3) and it was a little translucent …I won’t bother you anymore .thanks
