    Thanks for turning up the volume. I fast once a week for about 20 hours, it’s good for your intestines. It helps keep them cleaned out. I have been doing this for about 3 months, and lost about 20lbs.

    for me keto is great without never feeling hungry 20kg down and maintaining for over a year

      40 lbs for me - maintained for only 5 months and I have a little more to loose. I've hit a plateau. But I'll get there. Go keto!

    I'm working to lose weight right now, and one of my favorite things to do is to eat very chewy vegetables---cabbage, carrots, celery, radishes, etc., all raw---because they need a lot of chewing and automatically force me to slow waaaaay down in my eating. I also have to be very careful and mindful not to bite into any of those vegetables, nor anything else with my incisor teeth as one of them is rather fragile, and my dentist has said in order to take good care of it, I have to avoid the hard foods that require using those teeth (he said no corn on the cob, no tough steaks, things like that). I just don't use those teeth when eating the firmer veggies---I put them on one side or the other and bite that way!

    I'm short 5' and have gotten up to 140 it's horrible. Need to work on it!! Thank you for your videos!! You may be able to get cash for the gold!! One of those pawn shop type places..maybe? Have a great day 💛✨
