As a new Art teacher (after 25 years in gen ed), I appreciate your videos so much. Managing 4 classes of 25 for Social Studies (or Math or Science) is NOT the same as managing 23 classes of 25 students. I've got my classroom management down pat after all these years, but managing the materials, supplies, and organization is going to be my biggest challenge.

So I really admire your organization tips! Did you create the “art support note”? With so many classes a day, how/when do you find time to do it?

I fill out teacher name/project/date ahead of time when I am planning for the week. I add in notes (someone is in the clinic, there was a time out, etc…) while students or working or when we line up

This is so thorough! Thank you for sharing all of your systems for staying organized! I want to level up my art class organization. However, I don't have one dedicated art room and have to figure out systems for 3 to 4 different rooms and storage in 4 different locations in the building. Looking forward to adapting your ideas :)

Where did you get the rolling file drawers?

I’m not sure. My district has them in every school. My guess is School Specialty.
