CORRECTION: In the last list I made the comment that moving IG88D onto another platform would help Han as he's the one that wants to be fed tokens. This of course would not work as he would lose the calculate action and would not be eligible to receive tokens.
I'm so in shock. Ive watched the video so many times now. Thanks Nick !! Had a great weekend and you made it even better. Dont have the means of flying it soon, core set, conversion, used ships, so maybe some else tries it or ill give an update on december.
The Tansarii Gambit- 197 Five Scyks with Crack Shot and Homing Missiles. Serissu gives defensive rerolls. Quinn Jast can recover charges on any equipped upgrade, getting extra mileage out of both his Missiles and his Crack Shot. Nick just came up with this to deal with swarms and to have Vader as a closer: Vader/ 2x Punisher Anti-Swarm (200) Cutlass Squadron Pilot - TIE Punisher 36 Trajectory Simulator 3 Concussion Missiles 6 Seismic Charges 3 Proton Bombs 5 Ship Total: 53 Cutlass Squadron Pilot - TIE Punisher 36 Trajectory Simulator 3 Cluster Missiles 5 Skilled Bombardier 2 Seismic Charges 3 Proton Bombs 5 Ship Total: 54 Darth Vader - TIE Advanced 70 Supernatural Reflexes 12 Fire-Control System 3 Shield Upgrade 8 Ship Total: 93
A list I've just came up with. Haven't played it yet but i feel like it can be pretty potent: Wedge (Marksmanship,R2 Astro, S-foils) Thane (Crackshot, R4 Astro, S-foils) Jake "The Snake" (Proton Rockets, Daredevil) Arvel Crynyd (Intimidate) 199/200 pts I feel like this list has a nice balance between punch and "meat" to take punches. Some nice alpha strike on high value target with Jake and xwings, supported with Arvel for blocking+intimidated. Xwings can stay a little bit farther taking potshots, giving crits etc while A-wings go for close quarters knife fight. An above average initiative also helps.
I'm thinking of running this in a tournament I have coming up. Jake Farrell - Daredevil, Concussion Missiles Garven Dreis - Squad Leader, Proton Torpedoes, R3 Astromech, Shield Upgrade, Servomotor S-foils Kyle Katarn - Composure, Perceptive Co-pilot, Proton Bombs, Engine Upgrade, Shield Upgrade, Moldy Crow title I should be able to throw focus tokens around to any pilot, from any pilot(given the right distance and arc). That should let me get target locks with a focus on 1 or more of my pilots each round. And it's only 194 points so I should have a good change at getting initiative choice. I'm debating swapping Daredevil for Outmaneuver on Jake but I think this looks pretty solid on paper.
Hey Nick, check this list out. Its a sort of fair ship rebels. I have always been obsessed with making old Keyan's pilot ability work. The idea here is for Arvel and Wullffwarro to bump and set up the shot, and for Ten Numb to do most of the damage. Rex is there to receive Ten Numb's coordinate, and make target priorities more difficult. I actually have two different lists based around Ten Numb. The other one changes Wullffwarro and Rex for Jake in the A-Wing as a flanker and Lowhhrick as protection for Ten Numb. Arvel Crynyd - A-Wing 36 Intimidation 3 Ship Total: 39 Wullffwarro - Auzituck Gunship 56 Intimidation 3 "Zeb" Orrelios 1 Informant 5 Hull Upgrade 3 Ship Total: 68 Ten Numb - B-Wing 50 Squad Leader 4 Fire-Control System 3 Ship Total: 57 Captain Rex - TIE Fighter 32 Ship Total: 32 Thoughts?
I got a list for you: Nora Wexley in the ARC-710 with crack shot, gonk droid, R5 astromech, proton torpedoes, and veteran tail gunner (84 points) Wedge in the X-wing with Outmaneuver, R5 astromech, servomotor s-foils, and stealth device (69 points) Ezra Bridger in the Sheathipede with heightened perception and Jyn Erso (47 points) 200 points total
Hey Nick, I just wanted to give you a huge thanks for creating such great content! I literally get super excited when I look at my TH-cam feed and see a new video from you (needless to say you are one of my favorite channels)! I also wanted to ask if you have a place where you save all the second edition lists people send you? and is that cumulative list accessable to the viewers? I've been scouring all the comments on your videos searching for lists, but it's difficult because they are all split up and not grouped by faction or pilots or anything.
Thanks! :) I keep all the lists in a Google Document. I'm sorry but I would rather not share that due to privacy and organization reasons. Also, it's VERY messy. I do a lot of work cleaning them up before I put them into videos (various formats and list builders copying into text documents leads to weird results). To be honest I think just take a look through the videos would be just about as easy (they aren't organized into factions or anything on my list).
been running 0-0-0 /Lando (crew)/IG(crew) on the yv-666 loving the synergy with everything really think there is something Competitive hiding in Lando with lots of calculate
You are missing the build that seems most obvious to me and that is IG88A and C with the title and Torkil Muk with Moldy Crow, Engine Upgrade and IG88D crew. All three of them can then synergise and pass around calculates. Torkil can hold onto two focuses from the start. So basically split them up and whoever get focused on by the opponent boosts for the evade and gets given 2 calculates by the other ships which severly reduces any damage intake while their base attack is good enough to swing for some decent damage at the back.
I've been playing around with the coordinate + aces build for the scum. My original list involved Dace Bonearm in the HWK (squad leader + tactical officer) because I didn't have the scum Falcon yet and it was the cheapest ship I had that I could put a coordinate ability on. I added two Fangs (Fenn Rau + Skull Sq Pilot) and a cheap Y-wing with Ion Turret. The list worked really well in the two games I played, but now that I finally bought the Scum Falcon I'm planning on tweaking it to this: L3-37 (Escape Craft) + Tactical Officer Kavil (Y-wing) + Dorsal Turret + Expert Handling Fenn Rau (Fang) + Predator Old Teroch (Fang) + Predator Of course you could always swap out either Fenn or Teroch (or both) for a Skull Sq Pilot to save points if you wanted to add some more upgrades on Kavil. I like Crackshot on the Skull Sq Pilots, and if you do that in place of Fenn then Fearless would be a good swap onto Teroch which leaves plenty of points to put into Kavil with maybe an astromech and a gunner. Another variation is using Joy instead of Fenn Rau, something like this: L3-37 (Escape Craft) + Tactical Officer Kavil (Y-wing) + Dorsal Turret + Expert Handling + R4 Astro + Han Solo Joy Rekkoff (Fang) + Crack Shot + Ion Torpedoes Old Teroch (Fang) + Fearless I'm anxious to try these out soon, let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
Love the videos, been posting them on our Star Wars Gaming Canadian page :) can’t wait to see imperial lists, Ps been messing around with Dengar, he is still very strong :)
Nice, I'm actually down in Windsor, but I come to Toronto from time to time to visit friends.. it's always nice to know where the pilots are incase I happen to have time to fly 😉
0-0-0 can be pretty annoying to deal with. I've seen/dealt with it on both Boba and Koshka Frost, and and they were sure to keep at range 1, where that decision was pretty relevant. Great video!

4:36 As I understand it, you can´t perform another action after you did the evade action. No matter if the Evade action is red with Adv. Sensors and you do a blue maneuver afterwards or after you perform a white Evade action. Advanced Sensors doesn´t allow another action in your activation phase. It would just allow you to get an action before a red maneuver or get rid of the stress with a blue maneuver after a red action is performed with Adv. Sensors. I really like your videos, keep up the good work. Best regards from Germany
Have you considered trying to take a look at the quick build list done by FFG? They seem to have put them all up their on their website and they got ones for every ship. There are some really janky stuff, and it looks like the standard rules on upgrade limits do not apply to the quick builds, so there is potential for some different flying. The Chewbacca 1300 is straight out of A New Hope.
I've only had a brief look, but yeah I'd be interested in taking a look in a video at some point. I think more than anything the quick-build load-outs would make a fun game format if there was a way to introduce some kind of random element into it, which is something else I'd consider putting on the channel. :)

Han and Asajj list I recently flew Han Solo (YT-1300) 73 Trick Shot Latts Razzi 0-0-0 BT-1 Title Asajj Ventress (Shadowcaster) 100 Heightened Perception Rigged Cargo Shoot 4-LOM Title Lando (Escape Craft) 27 Crackshot Not exactly sure if 4-LOM is the best choice of crew for Ventress, and open to dropping the title maybe for something else, perhaps contraband cybernetics. Though its great when you manage to double stress a ship and get those crits to trigger.
Hey, Nick! Mind if I share my new double defender list? It's just Rexler and Ryad, both with Juke, Collision Detector, and Cluster Missiles. 198 points, efficient jousting, pretty tanky, and can counter swarms.
Nice. Really curious about the best way to balance these guys out. My gut says that only 2 defenders bight be a bit over-bloated, but to be fair they are more powerful than they used to be.
Just trying to work out with the other Patrons how they did it (I don't know as I'm the one who set it up). They are telling me the link appears on the right hand side of the screen. It's all done through Patreon.
This list would have fit in well with this episode. Bobots (198) Boba Fett (80) Lone Wolf (4) IG-88D (4) Proton Bombs (5) Stealth Device (6) Marauder (3) Han (4) IG-88C (70) Juke (4) Trajectory Simulator (3) Proton Bombs (5) Stealth Device (8) IG-2000 (2) Boba can boost, evade and focus in the same turn. He has rerolls everywhere and still gets some use out of double calculate if he doesn't need to boost. I am not sold on the Stealth Device but it does provide another level of protection with the rerolls and token stacking that it might just save you once or twice over a tournament.
I am considering dropping both Stealth Devices for an Autopilot Drone. You get a couple of turns with extra actions via Coordinate and then effectively a Proton Bomb. You give up 12 points every round in a tournament but it could really cause problems for Tie and Bomber Swarm paired with Trajectory Simulator.
CORRECTION:
In the last list I made the comment that moving IG88D onto another platform would help Han as he's the one that wants to be fed tokens. This of course would not work as he would lose the calculate action and would not be eligible to receive tokens.

Nick, could you do a video on the Quadjumper in 2.0? I recently bought 7 of them to field in a list. Believe it or not, but 7 come out to 197 pts.
Have you considered trying to take a look at the quick build list done by FFG? They seem to have put them all up their on their website and they got ones for every ship. There are some really janky stuff, and it looks like the standard rules on upgrade limits do not apply to the quick builds, so there is potential for some different flying. I think more than anything the quick-build load-outs would make a fun game format if there was a way to introduce some kind of random element into it, which is something else I'd consider putting on the channel. :)

Yes, sorry to say but Fearless is only for fixed forward arc attacks. No biggy, Dengar has plenty of other strong options to switch it out for. :)

I downloaded the discord app, how do it connect? I must be missing something
Just trying to work out with the other Patrons how they did it (I don't know as I'm the one who set it up). They are telling me the link appears on the right hand side of the screen. It's all done through Patreon.
Ok I’ll have another look, cheers
Ah, I'm also being told you should have gotten an email when you pledged that has a connect to Discord button on it. :)
I’ll check for that too, cheers!
This list would have fit in well with this episode.
Bobots (198)
Boba Fett (80)
Lone Wolf (4)
IG-88D (4)
Proton Bombs (5)
Stealth Device (6)
Marauder (3)
Han (4)
IG-88C (70)
Juke (4)
Trajectory Simulator (3)
Proton Bombs (5)
Stealth Device (8)
IG-2000 (2)
Boba can boost, evade and focus in the same turn. He has rerolls everywhere and still gets some use out of double calculate if he doesn't need to boost. I am not sold on the Stealth Device but it does provide another level of protection with the rerolls and token stacking that it might just save you once or twice over a tournament.
I'm so eager to talk about these 2 in a video. :) Hopefully will cover them soon, thanks for the submission!
