It's wonderful to see vegan mexican street food, other videos show only meat. But you don't need meat substitute to produce a great tasting taco, from my opinion

You also gave a little history on them and showed awesome food but most importantly your voice sounded normal! It sounded sincere, no extra stuff like long high pitched dragging at the end of sentences or awkward guests sticking their tongues out lol I've seen some odd channels 😐
