Hannah is the type of person we ( as a country ) really need to be bringing into Australia. She has everything right now and appreciates the country for what it is. Great interview. I loved it. Reach for the sky Hannah.
@@RUHappyATMno, we need people who love Australia, Australians and our culture. We have mass immigration of people who do not like any of the above I mentioned. They have no desire to integrate into Australia and our culture. Actually, they despise it. They are here to force their culture and beliefs onto us. Australia is doomed if we don't stop this. Hannah is exactly the kind of person who would easily become Australian.
My father in law, God rest him, came to Australia from Germany in the 1950s. He immediately felt free and welcome and never stopped loving this country. He died surrounded by a big happy Aussie family. Hannah will do fine.
It's interesting that Hanna mentions freedom from societal pressures for what you should be doing, I have a friend who migrated from S Korea to Australia with his wife and 12 yo daughter for the same reasons, He was a manager in a large IT company in Korea, here he has a small business cleaning a couple of offices after hours, in Korea he would be look down on him for only having a cleaning job, here people congratulate him for having his own business and employing people, he is much happier here too, He really loves the way people here respect every job in society.
Hanna will have no trouble fitting into the Aussie way of life because she is already embracing it - she is most welcomed with her bubbly personality. We recently returned from a 5 week holiday in Europe which included Germany amongst the 10 or so countries we visited. Nice seeing all the history and places as a visiting tourist, but boy or boy we would not want to live there and it was so nice returning home and appreciating even more we are the lucky country for sure
I am almost 50, and Hanna has more wisdom and life-affirming truths than just about anyone I've ever met. Much respect and welcome! I wish you every strength on your journey through life. You are an inspiration!
It's so liberating to learn you don't need to spend money to have happiness, once you've learned it you can achieve it anywhere, but I'll admit it's easier in Australia
I hope Hannah enjoys every moment of her time in Australia. Her mental and physical health are the most important things. Nobody should pigeon hole themselves into doing the routine stages of life if they don’t want to. Hannah, you have a beautiful smile, I’d hate to see you lose it.
My son meet a lovely girl like you from Berlin on holiday in Australia. He followed her to Germany, they married had a son in Germany and now live here in Australia. My daughter in law is so happy living here in our great country. You will love Australia and it’s pleasing to hear your story. Welcome. X
Hanna has such a great attitude & outlook. I'm so glad she's her happy self again since getting healthy & having the courage to venture far from her home & family, to what we all hope will be her new home, here in Australia. Something Hanna said really resonated with me - she doesn't need a career, she just wants a happy life. I felt the same way when I decided to drop out of university after two years - that was over 40 years ago and I've never regretted it. I've only ever had simple jobs and have always had enough money. (It doesn't hurt that the lower-paid jobs pay pretty well here in Australia....😀)
*HANNA* is awesome and your interview really brought that out. I don't want to spoil her positive energy and experience - but please also be mindful of your personal safety here in Australia. Because we're generally safe, visitors can let their guard down and think that everywhere is OK.
