Klukva(cranberry in russian) - is our term for usually intentionall, overly grotesque, portrayal of russians. Red Alert 3 is THE best example of it.
It can be used to refer to bad kind of stuff and to fun kind of stuff.
    Red Heat is klukva.
    Red Manase is klukva.
Pretty much all Call of Duty and Battlefield games, that has russians in it, is klukva.
And yes. If you ask random russian in age from 25 to 35 what C&C game is, 4 out 5 time they say something along the lines:
"Its that hilarious strategy game we played about 15 years back about soviets and japanese. And Gina Carano was there. Man, shes hot"

To further explain regarding Red Alert 3 from a competitive standpoint:
The Allies are considered overpowered due to their units being EXTREMELY efficient to the point that some units can pull multiple tasks that other factions can't do just as well. The Cryo Copter for example already mentioned can freeze individual units, and their Apollo fighters can take out air to air fighters better. The Allies have the passive ability: Advanced Aeronautics, which improves speed and durability of their already rather powerful aircraft. Their biggest weakness is their slow base building and the heavy micro, making them both the best faction but the most difficult faction to play on a competitive level.
The Soviets are quite balanced for having a wide range of units and decent base building speed. They're somewhat lacking in the same sort of overall 'do it all' solution for any of their units but they make do with having some tough bricks for vehicles and great counters for any situation when properly prioritised. What they lack in the versatility of the Allies and Empire, they make up for specialising per unit and quite friendly to start the game as.
The Empire is the faction with the fastest expansion, with powerful units that can pull various roles at the drop of a switch for many of their vehicles, their infantry are a close second to the Allies in overall capabilities (in fact, they have the best 'Commando' unit who can target both land/sea and air units where as other factions can only do land/sea). Many of their units are more fragile in comparison, unless you consider their rather powerful naval force which is considered the powerhouse of the three. If anything, they're almost as friendly to play as the Soviets, if slightly more due to their ability to build multiple nanocores in short succession to expand a base.

21:38 To this day, my brother still always says "hello" and "okay" like he's imitating an Alliance worker unit from Warcraft II.

After doing a little digging at the part 34:12 After trying to look through multiple videos to find that scene. Nope, that sound effect isn't in the game for that scene. But still hilarious though.

25:21 The thing is Red Alert 1-2 is exactly like Kane's wrath. It was only RA3 that changed things.

To be fair, IRL nukes would have happened with or without Einstein(you got there as well). In RA universe, apparently not. Also you can't say, that we wouldn't have such and such technology. Just because someone came up with it first, doesn't mean, that someone else wasn't going to. Many technologies are products of their time and capabilities/demands of said time, not specific people. Many times, when someone came up with something, other people were quite close to finishing their prototypes of same or similar things.

It's funny how without Einstein nukes didn't happen, yet somehow the Chronosphere did

Played this freshman year in college in 2008. Had a lot of fun doing LAN matches with quadmates. No matter what me and roomate did, even if we were allied, the other quadmate who played Allies would always spam us to death with aircraft carriers. Also LOVED the post of all the ladies. This game introduced me to Gina Carano and thankful for that since, still feels surreal thinking about how I saw her first and where she's at now.

Yeah the lightsaber and really most times people have guns and laser rifles and shit in a series and still have guns is ultimately....pretty dumb. Obviously depending on the kind of war and enemies you're fighting if you're just constantly ending up in in melee combat somehow it makes sense but that's rarely the case. The other thing I've seen is justifying it by saying well we use shields and the shields block the bullets but they can't block bigger things like swords. Even then its probably smarter to ninja people instead of just running at them like they do in game

Loved to play RA 1-3 and C&C mainline games including Renegade. A C&C FPS game with Base Building elements was cool AF back in the day :). As a teen and growing up with them was great. Until EA broke the C&C IPs back, threw it into a wood chipper, threw the pieces into a cage full of drunk monkeys and had them put a "C&C" game together from the sad mangled remains with what they had in their cage. Resulting in the thing we better not talk about and the mobile/web versions were just insulting >:(.
Kinda went off on a tangent there sorry.
The RA2 & yuris revenge + RA3 & Uprising Add-on was for me a fun pallet cleanser and just fun to play (fyi. only played in Lan w. friends or single player) :).
The C&C Tiberium wars timeline games were fun too, but more balanced and more serious in tone^^.
I couldn't pick a favorite series between the two because I like both for different reasons :D. But this could just be my bias talking :).
Anyone that likes RTS games and hasn't played them yet, pick em up and give em a try. I'm sure you can find some cheap collections with several games in them for steam.

So in the real world, Einstein actually created some of the mathmatecal equations that would later be applied to nukes.
Einstein in the Red Alert saga made a time machine, and 'removed' Hitler from the equation. As a side effect, Soviet army!
He would (in Red Alert 2) go on to be the driving force behind a lot of the most advanced technology the Allies had to offer (like Prism technology, and the infamous Chronosphere), which would lead to their victory.
In RA3, the Soviets thought that removing him from the timeline would benefit only them (they hadn't really considered the nukes thing, and due to how weak Japan was in their time, never considered the possiblity of them becoming a serious threat).
Funny you should say that if Einstein didn't figure it out, others would - that happened in game. No nukes, but a European gtroup called the FutureTech Corporation would actually develop advanced tech for the Allies instead (like Spectrum technology, or the Chronosphere).
