Western Suite for Wind Quintet - 4. The Gold Rush

The concluding movement of the 'Western Suite' for Wind Quintet, this work is full of the spirit of the cowboy of Hollywood. Beginning with an homage to the western scores of the 1950's and 60's, it moves on to a gentle ode to the open plains, before returning to the adventurous spirit of the opening.
