In the end Andre liked Warrior, after Andre knocked him out Warrior eased up and Andre let Warrior slam him and put him over, Warrior earned Andre' s respect.
I'm loving all these wrestling interviews that are posted on TH-cam these days, with the stars of the Golden Era of the WWF, giving us a glimpse of what really went on behind the curtain, and how these guys actually were as real people behind the characters. It's the best kind of nostalgia when it is not just revisiting the memories of the past but giving you a brand new perspective of them at the same time.
HTM was a great gimmick!! Eric Bitchoff dropped the ball with HTM. Bitchoff could have made millions with HTM and that guitar smashing over people's heads. At that time people wanted to see that guitar being smashed over people's heads. This just proves that Bitchoff had zero clue as to know how to make money with the talent he had. Bitchoff's personal feelings got in the way from him making the right decisions with the right talent. It's a shame really.
I can't stand modern dull as a flour patty biscuit wrestling! I wish we still had what we had when Honky and Andre were still around doing their thing.
Shout out to the legendary Honky Tonk Man🔥

Honky is so charismatic, knowledgeable and eloquent. He and Jim Cornette are the absolute gold standard when it comes to shoot interviewees!
Al Snow is really great too
They still are today. Just seen him on the Hannibal. Honky, not Corny. Lol
They fn hate each other
Even as a kid, I thought Randy Savage was too aggressive with Liz.

I would love to see him as a commentator back at WWE.
If Jesse "The Body" Ventura can do it, I'm sure the Honky Tonk Man can.
Jessie and Bobby to Healy tho

Andre loved Jake. The rest of them you are correct.
André was mates with Studd too.
Thanks for this. Love listening to Honky.

Greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time 👍👍👍👍
❤Honkey Tonk Man!
Pat Patterson loved kids too
yeah about that...
Are there any HTM interviews from the last two years?
Liz was a rat before meeting Randy? Really?
seems unlikely to me. Ring rats were rarely hotties
I know right
Lol before.... during... after.
As entertaining as HTM is, you have to take anything he says with a pound of salt
Why didn't Honkytonk man team up with Andre the Giant???
Woow Liz was a rat mind blowing 🤯
Andrew had major issues with Big John Studd!!
Lots of wrestlers had problems with stiff John
Who's Andrew?
@@mr1derful74Andre the Giant.
1st 😁👍
Congratulations no gives a damn
