    Hey Jimmy I started playing less than a year ago I’m 59 years old I will be 60 this year. I wish I would’ve picked up your game earlier cause I really enjoy playing with my son and my son-in-law I have looked at videos on TH-cam and for the most part you are the person who makes it less complicated and easy to understand, thank you keep it up .

    Excellent tips Jimmy. I see a lot of people at the range, me included, where we get our range balls and don't want to waste our money chipping. Bombs away is our thought.
    When I finally started practicing these and swinging the V, my scores are back in the 80's. Have a great weekend!

    Great advice. When I execute, it works like a charm. Unfortunately, the chunk demons slip into my swing even when I know what I need to do. It’s very frustrating.

    Excellent lesson Jimmy. I'm really enjoying the Hockey putting method. I'm making more putts
    and better speed. Thank you.

    Getting the clubs back out now since the weather is getting warmer and I have been known to chunk. I am concentrating on straightening out my rear leg during my back swing and that's helping me. Swing easy and no sway! Thank you for the tips! You da best.

    • @TropicanaEntertainment
      @TropicanaEntertainment  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is correct. No swaying. Keep it centered. Good luck.

    Okay, you have my game coming together. I just played with a couple of late 30-early 40 year olds. Power drives, out driving me with the 5 or 3 wood over my driver, but after the second shot we’re even and my short game, in the jacuzzi! Okay mines a 6 person, not your more intimate 4 person jacuzzi, but I’ll get there. This common on this video is I’d love you to reach my wife. She is athletic, but you’d not know that playing golf. She needs shorts. I like these, but she needs to get off the tee first before she can follow the long action. Thank you, I do get some of what you’ve helped me do translated into non threatening husband speak!

    • @TropicanaEntertainment
      @TropicanaEntertainment  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Haahha. Keep playing your game. Thanks for watching

    • @charlesbond4413

      By shorts, I don’t mean gambling or attire, I mean like 30 second lessons. My wife is always calling me over to see a cool short video on nonsense. I’d like to say to her, hey, come over here an watch this 30 second video by Jimmy. He’s the guy that helped bring my game together.
      Also, another topic for a regular video. Is it equipment or is it your swing? Since watching you I’m getting inundated with adds for new equipment. It’s nice, because watching you, I don’t need new equipment. Now mine is not old, but not current fad. Then again, I’m not out jousting windmills so my few year old equipment used correctly saves the day.

    Hello Jimmy, I will try playing the ball in back of my stance. Do you play your lings irons and woods also in back of your stance. PS.. I bought the 69 degree wedge and still getting used to it. Thanks Gil from Indiana

    Hey man, great tip!
    QUESTION: at address, where is your weight, R leg, L leg, or centered? also, do you consciously keep your weight front/center/back, or is this just something you do naturally?

    • @TropicanaEntertainment
      @TropicanaEntertainment  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ball back in stance and weight is typically centered/front foot. I keep my weight going toward my target.

    Soft ground this time of year makes a fat shot extra bad..

    Is your club face open at all in that shot?

  • @MPerski
    @MPerski 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    The biggest reason people chunk their shots is:
    They don’t get their WEIGHT LEFT 🙄
    They swing with their weight evenly balanced on BOTH feet. I see it all the time on the range.
    Don’t even have to shift. Just start with 60% of the weight on the left foot and leave it there, OR shift even more left; then POST UP (ALL your weight on your left foot) 🏌️‍♂️
    Or, as one wise person once said,
    “Hit the little ball first, THEN the big ball” (the Earth) 🌍 😂
    Another great video 👍🏻
    Simple, logical, non-technical advice
    Keep up the good work 👊🏻
