The point about discipline outweighing motivation hit me hard. It's such a simple yet profound truth-relying on fleeting bursts of motivation will only get you so far, but building discipline creates lasting progress. This perspective has completely shifted how I approach my goals. Thank you for the reminder that consistency is the real key to success!

We are not the center of the world; everyone is busy with their own life. When we stop worrying about others' opinions, we feel freer.

*In our 20s, we often rush through life, driven by ambition, eager to achieve, and sometimes blind to the lessons that could spare us heartache and guide us to true wisdom. Looking back, there are ten brutal truths that, had I understood them earlier, would have transformed my journey. Life isn’t always fair, people’s actions often reflect their own battles, and control over others is an illusion. Stoicism teaches us that fulfillment comes not from external success, but from inner resilience, self-discipline, and the courage to face life’s realities without fear. Embracing these truths earlier would have given me the clarity to focus on what matters, the strength to let go of what doesn’t, and the wisdom to face each challenge with an unshakeable spirit. These truths may be tough to swallow, but they are the keys to a life of meaning, peace, and true contentment.*

We need to own what is ours and reject what is not. As you age you will see many people more clearly and they may not be as invested as you think. They may be gaslighting you.

Omg my 22 year old self had no self esteem. If I could go back I'd tell her, don't waste your time trying to prove you're loveable.
