Join me for a free flow practice where I demonstrated Embodied Movement with very little commentary.
Just a reminder, I am NOT a professional practitioner - no certifications or years of movement training. I am not a medical professional or a scientist who has studied the body.
If you want to start a similar practice it will be your responsibility to check in with those folks as you see fit. I will talk about how I do this at times.
What I can promise is that I will share with you the what, how and why of what I do. The rest is yours.
