+Ahzidal it's just that it had SOOOO much potential!!! Imagine an Elder Scrolls where it is an MMO but with Skyrim combat!!! Not WoW knockoff combat. Also the exploration is not very fun. I just really wanted the story to inter grate the war for the ruby throne into it. Plus to remove Microtramsactions and have better loot plus the ability to fight for The Empire and defend Cyrodiil.
+Carson Marlow I think they are working to fix their mistakes, seeing as an update was released a few day (or weeks?) ago. Personally I love this game, I've always loved TES, since I played Oblivion. Unfortunatly I haven't had a chance to play Morrowind, I would very much like to
I wasn't going to buy this... T^T But seriously, I am so in love with this song and this video is just so amazing. Your name is absolutely perfect, you truly are a miracle of sound. :'D
Random Let him, (I'm german so sorry for my mistakes. It's not realistic that they import the song and the a Elder Scrolls Online is a good idea but the Game isn't good
I'd wait 4 minutes to listen to this in any Elder Scroll game. Dragons, Vampires, 3000 year old Elves, and Daedric Princes ravaging Tamriel? NOPE I'm listening to this in my house!
The day will come when you will all bow down to the righteous rule of the Nords and the Ebonheart Pact. Flee before our axes cut you down and our fires burn you to dust, flee while you can and don't look back.
Trouvo Souvok Hahaha, silly Dunmer, the leader of the Pact is Nord not an elf, you have as much of a posibility to rule, as an Orc. You guys should just be happy we let you live.
God From The Machine LOL, you tried to conquer us after we defeated the Akaviri thinking we would be weakened and you still failed, the only way we even sustain the pact is by letting you think your Skald King is leading it, oh and you are welcome for access to our ebony again
God i am literally cryed and it was so amazing. i love this song so much. I bow to thee. It is so powerful. thank you all of you who made it this song.
Daniel Jones I think the next Elder Scrolls game could be in more than one province. No like the online, because a lot of detail would be loss. Maybe 5 provinces. I was thinking about morrowind, skyrim, black marsh, high rock and Orlisium(or maybe hammerfell in place of some of these). The next gen consoles can surely run it. Wgat do you think?
Daniel Jones Actually, since it's pretty agreeable that human provinces are getting boring, I think I read somewhere that the Akivir province got overran by the beasts living there. I think it'd be a pretty cool concept for you to play as some of the factions (Imperial, Aldimeri Dominion, etc.) that want the place or someone that's like a frontiersman that's trying to settle the land.
zigzag11875 Akivir is actually run by beast mer similar to the Khajiit, not like animal beasts. Also I think the Akivir themselves are still there, giant vampiric snake people, so I think frontiersmen wouldn't last too long and the entire place would be hostile to the player if they came from Tamriel.
***** In MoS case, he love to call back some pieces of song from the same universe. You have nord mead insiside, but also a bit of the legend of the frost (others like this would be the different assasins creed "justice runs in crimson rivers", or the bioshock ones "I dream of the sea/sky") True that many songs use a similar core beat, but it's chosen here
Sorry. English is not my native language. This songs use chords from "Nord Mead" and "Legend of the frost" which are other songs from the same artist, in the same universe (Skyrim) I just said that MoS love to do that and in every music in the same universe, you can find a common core beat. (Music from assassins Creed, Dead Space, Batman, Bioshock, Gears Of War, etc... ) I could talk more about this, but you can look here for "Call back" if I still didn't managed to explain ^^" tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Music/MiracleOfSound?from=Main.MiracleOfSound
Lol I just noticed they are singing about the factions in ESO. Redguards (hammerfell) Bretons (high rock) Orcs (pariahs of yore) = the daggerfall covanent. Dark elves (exiles of ash) Nords (guard of north) and argonians (marshes and rain) = ebonheart clad. High elves (summerset isles) Wood elves (valenwood) and Kahjiit (elsweyr) = aldmeri dominion
Why Zenimax Online didn't use this for one of their trailers baffles me. This song is fantastic, and deserves to be part of Elder Scrolls Online's official track.
Do I understand it correctly, that the song is about the provinces and races of Tamriel? Hammerfall / redguards - " Echoes from the west Great hammers will fall " High Rock / bretons - "Under high rocks all will Answer the call" Morrowind / dunmer - "Bring us your arms Pariahs of yore " Skyrim - nords - "Guards of the north Sing their songs of the snow" Black Marsh / argonians - "Bring us the breath Of the marshes and rain" Summerset Isles / altmer - "Pride of Summer's shores Guide the voices of kings " Valenwood / bosmer - "Children of bark They will tighten their strings " Elsweyr / khajiit - "Bring us the wits Of the warm southern sands" And we are missing Cyrodiil of course, which is under invasion of the Daedric prince Molag Bal. Fraking epic.
Close... "Bring us your arms, Pariahs of yore" Is that of the Orcs... "Exiles of the ash, Stare through crimson glow" Is that of the Dunmer... Apparently according to lore, Orcs are known as Corrupted Elves or Pariah Folk. I feel guilty for using this new comments ability to post links but here is the info about the factions via IGN's website, au.ign.com/wikis/elder-scrolls-online/Factions
AUS Grizzly I think the orcs is also "Under high rocks all will answer the call". since they also live in high rock....never understood what that one meant tho.
"White gold, burning sky" is for Cyrodiil. The White Gold Tower is in the Imperial City, and the burning sky for the invasion. ESO takes place long before the White Gold Concordat, so that line is either referring to the tower or the alcohol.
+Patrick Enger Technically, the Titanfall Song Man and Machine could apply to any Mecha Game. But that would be really cool if he did a song for the Armored Core Series.
Man... This song brings me back to my DnD 4th edition days back in secondary school. RIP Rogueth Winterclaw (my dragonborn paladin), you will be sorely missed.
People are happier now that ESO went back to their ES roots of NOT stuffing loyal fans around. We trusted them to produce a quality title because of past games setting a good example. Having a good name is worth more than any cash grab. It means they are virtually guaranteed loyal purchases and massive fan publicity despite possibly poor reviews. Once you cash out on that good name you ruin that good name fans see in you and thus forfeit all trust purchases and fan publicity in the future. I am personally pissed to see so many good names (Mass Effect and Destiny cough) cash in for quick Moolah just because others do it out of greed. Ultimately you would make more in the long term maintaining that trust and integrity. Zenimax has a lot to answer for when the next game comes to help rebuild that trust again.
Although I hope that the people who get this game enjoy it I can't help but feel repulsed by the idea of an Elder Scrolls MMO. What would be much better is an Elder Scrolls game in the main series with drop-in/drop-out multiplayer for a maximum of five people. Take a moment and imagine how awesome it would have been if Skyrim had a feature like that. Just dropping into your friend's game or vice versa as your character from your own game. And it wouldn't have been one of those multi-player modes where you have to stick together. You could all walk off in different directions (although that would be quite boring). I'm getting shivers of joy just imagining it!
Man, that would've been great. Skyrim would have been the perfect candidate for that, it being open-world and first-person without cutscenes and everything. Also, it didn't take up that much processing power, other than the norm for games. Hopefully we can see something like that in future games. TESO seems good in that fact that you can travel between all the provinces, rather than just one, such as Morrowind, Oblivion, or Skyrim.
Exactly my thoughts, I think dozends of People jumping around and writing stupid stuff in the Chat aren't really that immersive. Also, there is actually an Online Mod for Skyrim, but it is not really far developed. www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3592/?
Tardsmat Sounds interesting. I play most of my games on PS3 but I just so happen to have gotten the PC version of Skyrim too when it was on sale on Steam. Might be worth checking out when it gets developed further.
I just bought the imperial edition of this game after getting rid of it a year ago. And I have to say that my love for ESO has returned. Long live the Queen and the Aldmeri Dominion!
No kidding. At least it isn't as much as what the Skyrim collector's edition started at. And that statue of Molag Bal will look great next to my statue of Alduin. XD
Say Gavin, it's probably a bit much to ask for, but is there a chance you will make a song about (one of) the individual aliances in game? I really liked the references in this song, but I feel that they can be worked out more.
I love this game i dont get it why it gets so much hate. More then 80% of the haters watched Angry joe or something like that. I watched/liked Angry joe as well but after a couple of reviews i unsubscribed him. The game is much better now no quests bugs smooth game engine. Except Cyrodil that is some time not good. But the game is so awesome please try it out once and dont join the big youtuberse who says it sucks.
GetThe EdgeGaming I watched the ESO angry review and waited to get the game for a year so they could fix alot of the stuff and it is still very enjoyable to this day
thats the problem with angry joe, he is just a persona and not an objective reviewer. he has giving games bad reviews for the worst excuses just so he can use his persona.
So long time since I listened to this the last time. This was the song that made me subscribe to you and if I hadn't done that, I would not have heard thousands of new and awesome songs. Thank you very much for making so awesome and catchy songs, I appreciate it a lot

***** The price is a deal-breaker. And I wonder how this MMO shall change the next ES. Although, the MMO takes place 1K years before current Skyrim time-line, it could lead to establishing locations and events that might cause Bethesda issues in the normal line. I know Bethesda didn't create this ( ZeniMax Online Studios, did) I still fear this could cause issues in the normal game line
Wasp2100 Non-canon is a vague wording here. As Zenimax studios says it is indeed part of the ES line. Maybe what Bethesda meant it wasn't going to change the outcome of the games after it. Non-Canon or not, ZeniMax Media, Inc says it is part of the ES series and they are the parent company of Bethesda, so i believe them.
Stacie Meier It's clear from skyrim that the Aldmeri Dominion win this, however, they are giving us the chance to see what happened during the great war. so it is cannon, but it's not. Don't you love it when they mess with your head?

Dear Imperial soldiers, why do you bother wearing armor if it can't even block a damned throwing knife?
Same reason as Sotrmtroopers and Clones in Star Wars: it looks awesome
They're wearing are our because they can't block the throwing knife.
And we see how much good that armor does them.
it's not their fault, the Breton just used blade of woe on them and got the throwing animation.
Different types of armor are better at blocking different weapons. And no matter what armor you are wearing you must make some sacrifices in favor of mobility. I was only able to see two of the knives land, and they did hit the empty space, so we can assume the Breton just has unnaturally good aim. I didn't read this I was singing it
best song ever!!!!
Y'all make me feel old lmao, I remember jamming out to this when this first came out and I was playing for the first time.
Still play but god, how time flies
Beautiful and epic song!
Even though I'm not a fan of TESO, this song is simply wonderful! I really like the folk style :3
best song I have heard great :)
Great , now I'm addicted to this song too :)) This song really makes me escape from reality. Thanks
I love how you indirectly refer to the names of the provinces. :)
it's so poetic ;3
This song made me SO hyped for the game... Then the game came out...
+Carson Marlow XD
***** Lol, I've never been so hyped for a game before (Well, not until Fallout 4) And Zenimax fucked it up...
+Carson Marlow Now it's a great game, there are many players in Ps4, good dungeons, amazing PvP and if you play with friends it's very fun!
Unfortunatly I haven't had a chance to play Morrowind, I would very much like to
It’s been 6 years since this song has come out, and ESO is still an amazing game.
7
One of my absolute favourite songs!!! Been playing ESO since release and I still sing this song every time I start it up.
Damn, that was amazing!
I wasn't going to buy this... T^T
But seriously, I am so in love with this song and this video is just so amazing.
Your name is absolutely perfect, you truly are a miracle of sound. :'D
This game is amazing hope they import this song in the game
..Well you're clearly twelve.
Random Let him, (I'm german so sorry for my mistakes. It's not realistic that they import the song and the a Elder Scrolls Online is a good idea but the Game isn't good
Miracleofsounds work is really really great no matter what game or anything else they're garateed to make an stupendous songs
Flee before our axes cut you down and our fires burn you to dust, flee while you can and don't look back.
yes and let our voices be heard loud and clear in the future for the voice of dragons flow through only one race the great and powerful nords
no who hath made the emperor in the last beta? HONOR THE DAGGER FALL CONVENANT!
*cough, it will be a Dunmer to rule, not a nord...our blood for the pact not for the nords
Trouvo Souvok
Hahaha, silly Dunmer, the leader of the Pact is Nord not an elf, you have as much of a posibility to rule, as an Orc.
Ha! Look at all those Skyrim nerds!
...
*remembers that he has memorized the lore and back stories of Dark Souls*
...
I need a life...
its not skyrim its elder scrolls which is the series of the games. Skyrim is the newest one in the series
I know that.
dont worry im in the same boat
Praise the sun!
Ryuu798 Sunbro's before hoes!
God i am literally cryed and it was so amazing. i love this song so much. I bow to thee. It is so powerful. thank you all of you who made it this song.
gods above this song is epic o.o
Gods above ES Online looks EPIC
I can't wait until the next Elder Scrolls
Well then you'll have to
And a lot.
RIP real life, The call of ESO is here
7 years and i still find myself singing it in the shower
Am I only one, who hears template of Nord Mead in refrain?
Nope. There are definitely some echoes of Nord Mead in there. :)
*****
In MoS case, he love to call back some pieces of song from the same universe. You have nord mead insiside, but also a bit of the legend of the frost (others like this would be the different assasins creed "justice runs in crimson rivers", or the bioshock ones "I dream of the sea/sky")
True that many songs use a similar core beat, but it's chosen here
Sorry. English is not my native language.
This songs use chords from "Nord Mead" and "Legend of the frost" which are other songs from the same artist, in the same universe (Skyrim)
I just said that MoS love to do that and in every music in the same universe, you can find a common core beat.
(Music from assassins Creed, Dead Space, Batman, Bioshock, Gears Of War, etc... )
I could talk more about this, but you can look here for "Call back" if I still didn't managed to explain ^^"
tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Music/MiracleOfSound?from=Main.MiracleOfSound
No matter. As long as everybody understand, everything is fine ^^
same chords im pretty sure
Lol I just noticed they are singing about the factions in ESO. Redguards (hammerfell) Bretons (high rock) Orcs (pariahs of yore) = the daggerfall covanent. Dark elves (exiles of ash) Nords (guard of north) and argonians (marshes and rain) = ebonheart clad. High elves (summerset isles) Wood elves (valenwood) and Kahjiit (elsweyr) = aldmeri dominion
I didn't realize about Argonians :)
BTW. He mentioned about Kahjiit "Bring us the wits
Of the warm southern sands " :)
Why Zenimax Online didn't use this for one of their trailers baffles me. This song is fantastic, and deserves to be part of Elder Scrolls Online's official track.
Beautifull songs, worth of of singing while steering our mugs full of mead celebrating another day's end.
Do I understand it correctly, that the song is about the provinces and races of Tamriel?
Hammerfall / redguards - " Echoes from the west Great hammers will fall "
High Rock / bretons - "Under high rocks all will Answer the call"
Morrowind / dunmer - "Bring us your arms Pariahs of yore "
Skyrim - nords - "Guards of the north Sing their songs of the snow"
Black Marsh / argonians - "Bring us the breath Of the marshes and rain"
Summerset Isles / altmer - "Pride of Summer's shores Guide the voices of kings " Valenwood / bosmer - "Children of bark They will tighten their strings "
Elsweyr / khajiit - "Bring us the wits Of the warm southern sands"
And we are missing Cyrodiil of course, which is under invasion of the Daedric prince Molag Bal.
I feel guilty for using this new comments ability to post links but here is the info about the factions via IGN's website,
au.ign.com/wikis/elder-scrolls-online/Factions
AUS Grizzly I think the orcs is also "Under high rocks all will answer the call". since they also live in high rock....never understood what that one meant tho.
Stephen Dunn
The "Pariahs of yore" line refers to the Orsimer, since their name literally means 'Pariah Folk'.
"White gold, burning sky" is for Cyrodiil. The White Gold Tower is in the Imperial City, and the burning sky for the invasion. ESO takes place long before the White Gold Concordat, so that line is either referring to the tower or the alcohol.
Sarel Duffy
You´r right. The "exile of the ash" is the actual reference to the dunmer.
I was wondering if I could use a bit of this for my youtube intro. I will give full credit. To you.
Yep, just make sure it's credited in the video!
+Patrick Enger Technically, the Titanfall Song Man and Machine could apply to any Mecha Game. But that would be really cool if he did a song for the Armored Core Series.
+miracleofsound You are quite an inspiration m8, not giving up on learning how to make music so then one day i can make music for video games.
I have always thought the nords to be medieval britians
Can i use a bit as well plz. will give you full credit in the comments of every video its used in
It was so cool.....I have no words.
By the way, I think that after this video I really wanted to play Elder Scrolls Online :D
Man... This song brings me back to my DnD 4th edition days back in secondary school. RIP Rogueth Winterclaw (my dragonborn paladin), you will be sorely missed.
love that game and love the song
really, TESO managed to combine good quests with an MMO, how can one not love it?
I find some things in the game bad, but with the quests you´re right
People are happier now that ESO went back to their ES roots of NOT stuffing loyal fans around.
I miss year 1 eso dragon leap into cliffs. Actual massive seiges just it was amazing.
Also, there is actually an Online Mod for Skyrim, but it is not really far developed.
www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3592/?
the new game just looks so awesome! i hope it will succeed... only because the elder scrolls series are really big games.....
Tardsmat
Sounds interesting. I play most of my games on PS3 but I just so happen to have gotten the PC version of Skyrim too when it was on sale on Steam. Might be worth checking out when it gets developed further.
Why aren't you designing games?!
I think that is perfect song ... And Miracle of sound : YOU ARE GENIUS !
DAGGERFALL BROVENANT WHERE YOU AT!?
Long Live King Emeric!
Tsar Productions True that
one land. one emperor
FOR THE COVENANT!
Daggerfall here!
I just bought the imperial edition of this game after getting rid of it a year ago. And I have to say that my love for ESO has returned. Long live the Queen and the Aldmeri Dominion!
Wow... 6 years. Where did the time go?
Congrats gav you just added 2 million people to the ranks of the armies in elder scrolls online!
I'm waiting for a song dedicated to the Imperials.
Russell Sutherland that would be so cool
for the empire
The Imperial part is "White-Gold burning Sky" i think. From the White-Gold Tower and that it should burn. ^^
I think my replay button broke..*Looks at busted mouse* And the mouse..
"Stand together whatever the cost" Gavin, did you know about the price of the game? Either genius subliminal messaging or a coincidence...
No kidding. At least it isn't as much as what the Skyrim collector's edition started at. And that statue of Molag Bal will look great next to my statue of Alduin. XD
This has been about for almost 3 years. Why have I only just found this?! Great work :D
First, you got any statistics for your claim?
Second, when ESO was originally released it was utterly trash.
Nice song
So long time since I listened to this the last time. This was the song that made me subscribe to you and if I hadn't done that, I would not have heard thousands of new and awesome songs. Thank you very much for making so awesome and catchy songs, I appreciate it a lot
Echoes from the west
Great hammers will fall
Under high rocks all will
Answer the call
Bring us your arms
Pariahs of yore
All faces turn now to war
Exiles of the ash
Stare through crimson glow
Guards of the north
Sing their songs of the snow
Bring us the breath
Of the marshes and rain
Courage is rising again!
War will weather the souls of the lost
Stand together whatever the cost
Shields will falter and many will fall
Time has come for us all
To answer the call
Pride of Summer's shores
Guide the voices of kings
Children of bark
They will tighten their strings
Bring us the wits
Of the warm southern sands
Clouds over all of the lands
War will weather the souls of the lost
Stand together whatever the cost
Shields will falter and many will fall
Time has come for us all
To answer the call
White gold
Burning sky
(For the souls of the lost)
Purify
War will weather the souls of the lost
Stand together whatever the cost
Shields will falter and many will fall
Time has come for us all
To answer the call
epic lyrics of awesomeness
I wish Bethesda used this to advertise their game
I would LOVE to play this but... $15 a month plus the initial $60 makes my wallet want to cry just thinking about it.
Not by Bethesda? So this will be the Arkham Origins of TES.... But like Arkham Knight the next game will hopefully make up for that
Stacie Meier Actually TESO has been confirmed by Bethesda to be non-canon.
That was quite possibly the most amazing song I've ever heard.
Blood for the Pact!
