Allosterically inhibits CCR5 co-receptor
Zidovudine (Retrovir, “AZT”)
Competitively binds RT; terminates DNA chain elongation
Raltegravir
Inhibits integrase; prevent viral DNA integration in host genome
Lopinavir / Ritonavir (Kaletra)
Protease inhibitor; prevents cleavage of viral proteins

good explanation, but it undergoes reverse transcripTION, at 1:17. Reverse transcription of the RNA is performed by the enzyme reverse transcripTASE.
