  • Meatball soup without egg and rice in the composition. Dense and tasty! And no, they won't crush, but they will be soft and delicious! Try!
    ❤️ INGREDIENTS:
    - 1 green bell pepper (it is more aromatic and ideal for this soup)
    - 1 parsnip (130-150g)
    - 2 carrots (130-150g)
    - 1 onion (130g)
    - celery root (130-150g)
    - 2 handfuls of rice
    - sour cabbage juice (250-500ml), to taste
    - 1 can of chopped tomatoes
    - 2 lovage
    - 1 kg minced pork (I recommend minced meat in the grocery store)
    - 2 onions (250-300g)
    - 1 tablespoon and a quarter of salt
    - pepper to taste
    - 100-150ml water or better meat juice (if you have it)

      Nu este deloc,acum depinde si de sare…A mea e măruntă tare si nu prea sara! Am avut si zeama de varza sarata tare si nu a ieșit sarata ciorba.Este o lingura dar rasa,nu cu vârf! Puneți dupa gust! Eu îmi cunosc sarea dar cand pun alta eu gust si carnea,da,putin pe limba,nu ma omoară! 🙂

      Sare multă, și zeama de varza este și ea sărată și ați pus di la perișoare 1 lingura.. E saramură!. Nu e sănătos..

      ​@@irinasfoodchannelCiorba aceasta o fac deseori. Ceea ce prezentați dvs. este poate inedit pentru o parte din cei care va urmăresc, însă ciorba de perișoare este destul de cunoscuta în bucătăria românească. Zi frumoasa!

      Sunteți sigur ca ați urmărit videoclipul!? Nu am inele pe degete! 😯 Nici măcar nu le port în casă,ce să mă zic de gătit! Se aude lovitura unghiilor de recipientul din metal…

    Stimata doamna,nu ma trimite la macelarie,caci carnea este impanata cu substante!
    De asemenea,cu cat perisoarele sunt adaugate mai repede in timp,vor putea fierbe la fel. ..in rest,o fi buna pt dvs,ca mie deja imi lipsesc cateva gusturi! Mare lucru si acest internet: toti spun ce vor,desi trebuie sa " luam" diar ce vrem!🤣😂😅😂

      La măcelărie este mai sigur,va toacă carnea în față dvs…Carnea este carne,nu zgarciuri și alte minuni.Perișoarele fierb repede,nu trebuiesc mult timp fierte altfel,veți avea biluțe tari cu multă grăsime în supă.O zi frumoasă vă doresc!
