Stuffed peppers in tomato sauce. I simply adore them! In our family, no one refused such kindness!
❤️ INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg bell pepper (I had 11 pieces)
- 700g minced meat (I used pork)
- 1 large onion (300g)
- 50g of rice and 150ml of water in which I left it to swell a little
- 1 teaspoon paprika (I used smoked)
- 500ml tomato broth + 500ml water
- 1 spoon of sugar (optional)
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
In the composition you can add paprika, tomato paste or pepper paste if you wish.
