1) You get a forwarder to arrange the DDP, or DDU shipping, they could handle the transport + customs clearance, you just need to wait for the delivery. We know a freight forwarder who can handle these, I could give you his contact details if you need them.
2) You can get a forwarder to arrange shipment to India and then you find a strong agent customs to handle the customs clearance
