I think machali means fish (correct me if I'm wrong). At first I thought the cop was saying pissing but I think he meant fishing and fishermen. I believe he was saying the other couple of guys are fishermen who are experienced with the monsoon season and was asking to get on the road for your safety. It's takes only one rogue wave to sweep you out to sea and with the turbulent undercurrents during that time of year, you'd be lucky to find a body afterwards. Sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry especially for your loved ones and so that you can make more lovely videos for many years to come.

I think machali means fish (correct me if I'm wrong). At first I thought the cop was saying pissing but I think he meant fishing and fishermen. I believe he was saying the other couple of guys are fishermen who are experienced with the monsoon season and was asking to get on the road for your safety. It's takes only one rogue wave to sweep you out to sea and with the turbulent undercurrents during that time of year, you'd be lucky to find a body afterwards. Sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry especially for your loved ones and so that you can make more lovely videos for many years to come.

@@airlight7173 Not really. There are those of us who keep up to date with how our Government is spending our infrastructure money. It is well known what problems plague the Railways and how the Government is planning to solve them. Wouldn't expect casual observers to figure it all out, though. It is all very technical. Can't really expect them to understand how replacement of all ICF coaches with LHB coaches and now Vande Bharat coaches are all moves that drastically improve passenger safety. Can't expect casuals to understand how all Route Relay Interlocking systems moving from electromechanical to solid state electronic systems is also improving passenger safety. Kavach, track tripling and quadrupling and the new bid to install cameras on all trains, etc. All measures to drastically improve not only passenger safety but also punctuality of the trains by reducing congestion. 5500 km of new rail track being laid every year, over and above the 7000 km of existing rail track that gets replaced each year due to wear and tear. I could go on and on. When out of the $66 Billion annual budget of the Indian Railways, $30 Billion is capital expenditure, we can easily expect drastic improvements.
Idli and vada, are made of soaked, grounded and fermented rice and split blackgram. salt as per taste. The proportion is 2:1 or 3:1. black gram is taken in lesser quantity. Finely chopped ginger, chilli and coconut is also added in vada batter.
