Hello, just received the same keyboard. My problem is that backlight does not work, do you know why it can be? tried Fn+enter/up/down and knob menu - it does not react anyhow. everything else works fine.
Try reseting it
I got this keyboard but i realized that the volume knob doesn't actually control the volume at all. Or am i missing something here?

I have not tried the software for this keyboard so the information I give is limited. You can't choose each key individually for lighting but You CAN choose only 1 colour for all. Thx

what does it mean by proprietary blue whale switches, can I still swap out the switches?
I have not tried to switch them but judging by the products shots, it seems to use standard 3 pin switches with RGB.
You can there is another video where they change them to cream yellow switches
should I get this or pay less and get the ajazz ak820 pro?

A lot of my switches has started to double type / no response when clicking in only 6 mths

I don't think you can easily without damage as the case is held by clips only no screws.
