What I believe the government and doctors are making people mentally ill. I’m pregnant and have severe morning sickness and the doctor prescribed me a medication in my IV. The medication had me so messed up that I was going crazy and had to stop myself from fighting. I made the nurse take the IV out my arm before half of the fluids were finished. I was so anxious and uncomfortable I immediately went home. The doctor actually asked me if I wanted a prescription of the same medication to take at home I told her “no”.

I live in Los Angeles but I am from New Mexico. Unfortunately, it is VERY Rare for anyone to help and get involved when things like this happen because of a combination of not wanting to get hurt themselves and a "Mind your own business" Mindset. I remember one time in front of my apartment complex there was a red car that stopped on his brakes suddenly (and loudly) when passing in front of the building and he started yelling at the girl in his passenger tell her to get out of the car, she refused while telling him that she didn't know the area or where she was at and to at least take her somewhere familiar so she could get herself home. As this was happening, other tenants from my building and other people from the neighborhood started to come outside little by little to watch what was going on from a distance. He then got out of the car, went to the passenger door, opened it, and then started to try and drag her out of the car. She was holding on to something in the car itself while he was trying to drag her out and whatever she was holding onto broke (you could hear the loud crack that happened) and she came flying out the passenger side, see frantically tried to get back in but then he just starts wailing at her, hitting her all over the place. When he initially tried to drag her out of the car, I said I was gonna call 911 and the amount of people that tried to stop and shame me for calling was unbelievable. Their excuses arranged from "you should mind your own business" to "you don't know what the initial fight is about so why bother?" My response was "Umm, because he's pulling on her arms and legs so hard that he could dislocate them!" I called 911 and they transferred me to the police department because it "wasn't an emergency". I stayed on hold with the police department all the way up until he started hitting her when he finally dragged her out of car. I then hung up and recalled 911 and this time they actually took a description and account of what was going on. That guy ended up getting back in his car and driving off, the girl was crying and she walked all the way to the end of the block until the police came (which was about 35 minutes later). I don't know what happened after that but it was just crazy to me that nobody wanted to get involved even up to the point of calling the police and then trying to shame me for doing so. WILD!

Finally, the news has corrected themselves that the Dash is free, and this incident was not based off of fare. I have no idea why the operator denied access to the woman, but personally for me that allows everyone to board no matter the fare, has denied patrons access to due a past serious problem or multiple past problems that I have deems it is unsafe to allow the person onboard.
Examples: A woman defecated in her seat 13 times, no longer picked her up. A male bringing food on the bus 3 times, each time through the food behind the seat against the window, no longer picked up. An older male always sitting next to teenage girls and talking to them to a point they would move, definitely no longer getting picked up. Some homeless unfortunately smell so bad, riders are vomiting or sticking their heads out the window, can no longer pick up. Regular rider cursing everyone out, including children, no longer picking up. Etc., bus operators usually deny the problem riders if they care.

I personally believe the Security Officers are part of the First Responders umbrella. But not all Security companies are the same, which means the quality of Officers those companies have will vary. @tfustudios prospera is one example, it helps families that cant afford the cost of housing, childcare or Healthcare. However like I said before, the cost of living and culture plays a bigger role. People are a lot less likely to be homeless in Mexico than the usa.

I live in the Midwest. I grew up catching the bus and didn't learn how to drive until I was 30. The last time I took a bus, a homeless man went off on me because I wouldn't respond to his advances. The bus driver did nothing.
My car is down right now, so I've been catching the bus. Honestly, it has gotten so much worse. It's scary. I understand people have issues, but safety should be the most important thing.

This is why I left LA. I’ll always miss California but I do not miss constantly having to look over my shoulder in broad daylight. Even as a guy, I couldn’t feel 100 percent safe in crowded areas in broad daylight. I now understand what my friends from Brazil felt like growing up. California is being run to the ground.

I don’t get how she meant free .. I looked up online you have to pay . It was only free for a certain time but they changed that policy on their website . Maybe miss guiding people saying it’s free when it’s not is what caused the argument to happen .
