Can’t understand what they are saying because of the terrible loud music. That other actress is NOT Meggie, no where close, she should not have been cast in the part. No one can ever take away the chemistry between the real Meggie and Father Ralph.

I actually didn't mind the new Meggie too much, but I really struggled with the completely new interpretation of Fee. It was diametrically opposite the original. And it was great to see Australia rather than California!

E' vero che anche Rachel, nel'83 , era sconosciuta, ma quel bravo regista di Daryl Dark ce l'ha fatta conoscere nei panni della dolce Meggie tanto che ancora oggi l'ammiriamo. Ma questa Amanda , non so chi, fa veramente schifo ; e far fare a Chamberlain la parte dell'amante focoso, quando aveva già 63 anni, è proprio ridicolo !!!
