Hey jack would you be able to remind me on how you clean your board after chicken? Additionally do you clean it after every different produce you prepare? (You could maybe show us you cleaning it or how you maintain your board in a separate video🤷♂️)
Can we have recipe for home made PANINI bread or sourdough bread baked like panini? (Shop bread has crappy quality and ingredients ussually, meaning seed oils, palm oil etc. - and a lot of additives which I would like to dodge however it is impossible as there aren't many shops in my city which sells good quality panini bread)

A tasty looking sandwich. The only thing I'd do different is I'd cook those red onions or even pickle them beforehand. Raw red onions can be harsh
