I have a jeep just like this one. Had to replace the radiator lat winter. NO A/C. So I dont think the shop recharged it. I am going to do this this week. Thanks for the VID. Your a BEAST.

I have to replace the hose from the compressor to the radiator I believe the rubber part has a hole somehow and I been trying to find a video but i came across one where they said i need to evacuate the AC and then recharge it so I found the hose but dont know how to evacuate or recharge I assume those cans you have but not sure I used those cans to get my AC colder but dont know the rest.
These cans are just to top off an already working system. To evacuate a system you need a vacuum pump. This pump pulls all the air and remaining refrigerant from the system, then new refrigerant is put in. This can be done at a shop or you can get the pump and manifold needed to do this at Harbor Freight tools. Unfortunately your situation isn't as easy as just using these cans. There are videos out there on how to do it, I just never made one myself. Thanks for watching and I wish you the best of luck with your repair!

Excellent info! I just inherited my moms 2002 Jeep Liberty and I think it needs to have the A/C topped off!

That recirculation setting is max cool on my ride. This is where it should be set to top off the system. So I was told.
Great video... very detailed. now I just need to go buy the can and get cooler.

Would it be better to push the refrigerant thru the hose before attaching to low side because of air in the tube?
Great video but my system is low enough that the compressor won’t come on. How do I make the compressor run.

Can you tell me why the compressor clutch turns on and off every 5 seconds. Bad compressor. I see the jeep in the video compressor stays on.
Check if you have your fan speed on high and if your vehicle has it, MAX A/C. That's were I would start problem solving.
