👋What's up TH-cam Family! What was your favorite part of this home? Let me know! ✅Want my help to buy/sell a home in Atlanta? Need a referral to a great agent in your area? I can help, visit TerenceRichardson.com
My favorite feature is the garage and the office some of the other areas that I really like is also the kitchen with all of those cabinets and countertops spaces
The home is nice but has a somewhat odd layout and the Primary suite is underwhelming in size. Love the high-end touches and mountain view from the rear.
Eh it's a production home. Definitely some nice touches, but the typical production shortcuts too with the finish choices, lighting, wire shelving, etc. Not every home can be luxury custom and you've shown some stunners. The 3 transom windows in the primary would drive me bonkers. I'd need those 3 windows in an aligned row evenly spaced apart. The staggering makes me twitch. I do love the extended garage. I would as you say put a workshop there where I could do some furniture refinishing, cut up some materials to put up board and batten to make accent walls.
I hear you. I try to sprinkle in some production here and there because there is demand for it but my preference is obviously the custom luxury homes. I have two more booked that are absolutely stunners. They will be shot in the next couple of weeks. The channel will be a year old on August 15th. One will release the Tuesday of that week. Thanks for watching my videos and sharing feedback. I appreciate it so much!
The front room I could see as a sitting room given there's a br right across. The dining area in the back is pretty large so is kitchen I might like to add a closure or two to make it formal and casual. Very contemporary. That front br is weird the way you go into it, i might close it up to include the linen closet. I agree that the back room would make a nice office, and the sightline is nice.
I'm not sure if my comment is showing or not, it could be bugged out. But I agree with you about the door. It feels underwhelming. I think a nice wood door with glass would have been nicer. I'm sure whoever buys this might end up upgrading the door.
Hey Terence! This one doesn't thrill like others you've shown. It's not bad at all, but just oddly configured up front with the 1st room, plain unexciting front door, and overall closet space. The kitchen is very nice with cabinets and space to store it all. My taste is to remove all carpets. They're dirt magnets, especially with kids and pets. Love the space in the basement. I'd level out the yard to add a place for a fire pit or something entertaining like. Do people use screens there on windows to keep out bugs? I couldn't tell if the windows that can open come with screening. I heard bugs are horrid in the south and wondered about that big sliding door to the deck being open to all the bugs. What's the norm for folks down there with massive door openings and insect control? Thanks for the show! BTW, I loved the drone cuts and cut aways at the beginning of the video. It felt like a trailer for a new exciting film.😊
What's your name by the way? I doubt it's Envy Vicious ;) I have two coming up that I am extremely excited about. One home you see on TV, and the other is a luxurious masterpiece. Stay tuned over the next month. Typically, many builders will include screens for all the windows, but they seldom put them put them on. Instead, we'll find them stacked in either the garage or attic, sometimes the basement. Other builders, don't include them at all unless you buy them. That's kind of crazy. To be fair, I'm not 100% sure which of those two apply to the situation. I don't recall seeing them in the house. The bugs are non-existent really from late fall to early spring. It's the perfect time to open up Windows and or doors like this and not have to worry about bugs at all while it's still being relatively warm outside. At least, not frigid.
Oops, I hit reply too soon. I also wanted to thank you for the compliment but the intro. I always try and time them with the music. I was worried this one might be a little bit too jolty with the beats of the music, but you think it works? Thanks again
@TerenceRichardsonTours my name is Novecia (pronounced no vee see ah). Thanks. Envy is a nickname. I use it to keep the undesirable scam spammers unaware of my identity. You're cool, though! I'm in finance Cybersecurity career, so I tend to be cautious. I'm looking forward to the next drop. As always, music was great, too.

So many cabinets!!! How would you use the garage?
Love the floors! We have those too! ❤ beautiful home!
They are definitely beautiful!
And a lift in the garage , love the house
Oh nice, I like the lift idea!
Movie room in the basement would be nice
That would be a great spot for one, no doubt!
It would be nice to see house prices go back down
Home prices and/or interest rates. But with both being as high as they are, it makes home affordability extremely unaffordable...

I agree about the primary. I wonder if using that loft space as a sitting room for the primary would be an option they'd consider

How about a little speakeasy in that back area of the basement
And I agree with you about the flooring in the primary, id also want the bath in the back
Re: speakeasy - Oh now that's an idea I can get behind!
Worship assembly entire downstairs
That would be a great space
I put my mum and dad in the basement. I do it up for them. I put a nice bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom so they can have their own space.
With all the windows, it would be a nice parents suite
This front door home is tiny! My future third home front door will be massive!

I'd use that space in the basement as a gym
For sure, would be great spot for it
I love lots of cabinet space
There are sooooo many!
Guest suite would b my office with the bathroom everyone is not all over the house 🏠
That would be a good idea for that room too
What u r calling an office will be my life's achievement s room
What would you have on display there?
I'm an Apostle 38 years oh I would have no issues filling it and I m from Brazil
That primary doesn't match the house. It's underwhelming and the 3 random small windows on the back wall made this home a no for me.
I wonder if those windows could be aligned or just removed if built from scratch... 🤔
@@TerenceRichardsonTours I would definitely want to remove them
That would be my karate room.
There's an idea
Formal living room
I like having another area for people to hang out. That would work well. No tv in that room correct?
Correct
