Phillips & Flathead Screwdriver
T10 screwdriver
11mm Extended socket (a 11mm regular socket may work)
Socket extension
ratchet
receipt paper strongly recommended so nut doesn't fall into door frame

Excellent how-to. Used duct tape instead of paper to retain the nuts - good tip. Took me ~40 minutes start-to-finish. Would have been even quicker if I didn't lose 10 minutes trying to get the manual lock button back through its hole in the top of the panel. Finally removed the grommet from the panel - if you're doing this job you'll see what I mean. Drive the grommet back in place with a 3/8" deep socket.
