I got hell sunburnt before heading back to work.. i work fly in fly out in the desert.. ive found the only calming is wearing a tyvex and just wprking the day in sweat.. currently its 45c degrees... this itch sucks

What helped for me was laying down on bed with a towel under my back and a towel on top of me. I put the blanket over me to push the weight on my body. The fibers of the towels made a constant ‘decent’ itch relief while no need to scratch. I laid still for a while without moving, just watch a video on your phone. After a few hours, it should feel better.

Thanks so much for the video. The cabin air filter I got had arrows pointing up with the words cabin air filter. Should I put it in with the arrows up? On the thin plastic cover piece, it says air flow with arrows pointing down. The old air filter had arrows pointing down. I was wondering do I install it per the actual filter that shows arrows up with wording or do o turn it down and insert it with the arrows down (which cause the writing to be upside down). Thanks!

Hey! Any issues after changing the fluid? Ive seen on multiple car channels that we should not be changing the fluid if its over 100k miles as it van have problems with the valves and can have issues with shifting gears and slow response times going forward and reverse.
