I just want to say I really appreciate the classy jazz music in the background. It always manages to put me in the mood for Fall & Xmas and it also puts me in the mood to work in the kitchen 🎼
The lasagna soup is a family favorite. I use farfalle pasta and it's even easier then breaking up the noodles and cooking them separate..I add the pasta to the sauce while it's simmering and it's cooked perfectly.

We have used the Mountain Dew too. I have been told that Sprite and 7Up also work because it all has a citrus flavor. We love the apple bundles and normally top those with vanilla bean ice cream.

My grandmother made apple bundles using sprite. She pour in in the center of the pan and along the edges. She baked them for about 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until golden brown. Us kids loved when fall came because we knew we would be getting apple pies and apple bundles made with granny's love. I am passing this tradition to my grand kids and they love too.
You can always cut an onion in half leaving the root end intact and cook them in the sauce like that the whole time. Then pull out the whole thing and you get the flavour of the onion without the texture. I do this for short ribs and things where I want a smooth sauce without chunks.
Your hair looks fabulous in this video! My favorite grocery store that made lasagna soup closed last month due to Covid so I’m going to have to use this recipe and make my own!

I put hot breakfast sausage in my lasagna and it makes it amazing, total game changer. I also use cottage cheese instead of ricotta and it’s just as good. Gotta try this soup though. And my hubby will love the apple turnovers. Yummy!!! 😊😊😊
Great video, love the coffee recipe and that soup looks great. You can probably make that soup in the crock pot. I love the crock pot, especially this time of year. Nothing smells more like Fall then to have something delicious cooking all day long in the slow cooker.

My mother-in-law makes a peach cobbler that is frozen peaches with a cake mix on top and diet Sprite poured over it.

I made the coffee I just tweaked it and used sugar free caramel and added a pinch of salt and ohh my goodness it’s so good!! I’m hooked

For the Apple bundles - I would maybe toss the apples in the sugar mixture first. Just to have the mixture throughout. They looked so good
