If u don’t like onion or even celery try sautéing it first then puréeing it before adding to your soup. Gives u the flavor without the chucks. I do this with onion celery and bell pepper in my chicken and dumplings
Yeah great idea, I do this with my 🍅 🧅 🥕 🫑 when I make pasta sauce because my eldest son doesn’t really like chunky vegetables 👍🏼

I saw a kitchen hack from rachel Ray to slice tomatoes in half or chicken breasts in half take a whipped topping/creamed plastic lid or any plastic lid place chicken/ tomatoes or anything you need sliced in half, place what your cutting on cutting board, counter then place lid on top of what your cutting and then begin to slice holding one hand on knife and other on top of plastic lid, makes nice even cutting and you don't have to worry about cutting your hand.
You should do a video of your top 3 and then one with bunkeys top 3 recipes!

Since you don’t really like onions, but like it for flavor you can use a cheese grater to grate them and then you have the flavor of the onion but no chunks of onion!

Combine your favorites. When i make fettucine Alfredo, we do it with chicken parm. No chicken in the Alfredo (make extra and add the chicken night 2). My whole family loves chicken parm with a side of fettucine.

If you like shredding your own cheese...by a food processor with a shredding blade. I bought mine for $30. I shred a ton of cheese at once and freeze it. It is so much better than pre shredded cheese! It literally takes 5 seconds to shred a whole block of cheese!

Omg yes lol I have a hotdog chili recipe that my mom gave me that has no measurements, I was sick and we needed it for a cookout the next day so my husband was going to make it...I had to lay in the kitchen floor walking him through it cause the lack of measurements really threw him off...he could NOT understand it was just to taste 😂

You should try grating the onion...when cooked, it will melt into the soup/sauce/etc.
Would grating it make me cry even more than I already do? Otherwise sounds like something I need to try!
@@xbriannaxbananax I’m sorry but, since onions do not make me cry, I cannot answer. However, for folks that prefer not to have onion pieces in their food but like the flavor, grating is an excellent option.

Listen... you make the chicken parm... but then you use homemade Alfredo sauce on your noodles and eat a bit of the chicken with the Alfredo noodles. It’s the BEST thing you will ever have!!!! I even order it that way when we go out 😋

Everything looks good, I love soups I'm going to try that soup. When you add steamed rice to a soup it absorbs the liquids. I toast mine in a little bit of oil just get a little tan then cook as usual. That will keep the rice from absorbing the liquid. Was the liquid kinda of gone the next day. That has happened to me before I started to toast the rice first.
Also if you want to cook Spanish rice you would be part of the way there. Toast long grain white rice in oil. Let it get a good tan. When tan I add chopped onions let them soften a little then add your garlic. As soon as you smell the garlic you would add your liquid chicken stock or water but the chicken gives it more flavor. You can add water and put some bullion in it. Add as much as you need. You know 2 to 1. Then add tomatoe sauce just until the liquid turns a light red. Dont add alot or it will over power the taste. At times when I have fresh tomatoes that has softened I blend it and use the fresh tomatoes in place of tomato sauce. Then add your salt and pepper I add granulated garlic cause I like the flavor. Cook it as if you were cooking white rice. When the liquid is all absorbed I get a fork not spoon I stir the rice then put the lid back on and set it on a back burner dont turn the flame on let it sit for about10 to 15 minutes it will get fluffy. Then serve and eat.
Dont ask me why I give you directions how to make Spanish rice. I guess when I said to toast the rice it reminded me of cooking spanish rice 😁.
