I think I've climbed about every route there is in RRC but I've never hiked around on the trails. I can honestly say that I had no idea there was so much more back there, haha! Thanks for the video, I'll have to go play around there a bit more.
Hi FSF - Awesome channel and sweet ride out here @ RRC. I've only hiked a tad bit out there when I was visiting. If you haven't already, make sure you take a ride up to Captn Jacks and Chutes. Man those two trails were so fun!! Keep up the great work and stay safe. Cheers!!
Glad you were alright bro. You need to check out upper and lower Codell. Upper is techy but satisfying. Lower is fast and flowy. Best of both worlds. Have fun and good riding.
I hope they allow eMTNs soon. I have an Aventon Ramblas on order, which should get here in a couple weeks. Looks like I'll have to stick with the paved trails in town or go off to the national forest land or state parks. Open spaces are off limits apparently. I'm in my upper 40s, near 50 with a bit of weight. I'm just trying to get out more and be more active.
I hope they never allow them personally. Can't stand having e bike traffic all of the places that allow them. I get it's new technology but we don't let dirt bikes on MTB trails for a reason. Same thing.

Ah man, that route kinda stinks, takes you just about everywhere I avoid 😑
I was wondering, everyone told me I missed the good stuff. I got to go back!
Quite a few trails got added this last summer. Not sure if you've done the Pikes Peak Plummet either, but that's one worth checking out too.
I have not been back or done pikes peak.. but I will now! Does pikes have drop point at the top?
