I have a funny one to share, if you want. I lived super close to my school, and one morning I overslept, so I ran to school like crazy, and when I entered the classroom, everyone started laughing because I arrived in my PJs. I forgot to get properly dressed in haste 😂
Well, the place where I live, is not snowing in the winter so my first snow experience was when I went to serve my country in the army and that was up in the mountains (airforce)! It was around midnight when I was on duty and the first snow fall! It was magical! I felt goosebumps! It was like I was transferred to an another dimension! From that moment I fall in love the mountains, the winter, the snow, the nature! I can't get over of that experience and honestly I don't want it! In fact I want to feel it again! (...) I was 10 years old and still looked at the world with wonder. I will never forget those magical moments...

My favorite memory is waking up to a 31 degree morning, nearly wrapped in my covers with the heat on and mind drifting to a dream I had the night prior. Each day was a new venture into the uncharted territory of reality or my mind. Yet, like fall to winter, where once streets echoed with laughter, now only the snow adorns the streets and the air is filled with brisk yet solemn winds...

I moved from Nebraska to Tennessee - I had been nostalgic and missing snow and wished for a White Christmas but didn't get it and it never really felt like Christmas or the New Year. Well we got at least six inches of snow over the past few days and now i officially do not miss snow anymore 😅
Same. I'm from the Upper Midwest. I wanted to move out West to the mountains but we wound up having to go South instead. I miss real winter 😢

The kind of music you post Sir/Madam, the music seems to tell a story. Forces me to reflect on my life, actions and choices, something I often escape from doing, under the pretext of being busy. But this..this kind of music..gently tugs the strings of my heart and cajoles it into delving deeper inside. Sometimes..just sometimes..we run away from looking within for the fear of "what if its too dark and lonely inside". Winter is something that has a great effect on me. I often struggle in summer due to the heightened energy of literally anything. The warmth, the business, many people do a lot of things, often very stressful academically-wise, long days, much light, simply an overload of feelings and tasks.
When autumn slowly creeps in my mind can finally start to rest as well. It’s like someone gradually calms me with touch or word after I have been very restless or upset. The energy shift makes everything slower, colder and clearer. I feel like I can finally breathe again. Time stops, rushing stops. This ambience catches the emotionality of winter perfectly…Winter isn’t triste or empty. It’s full of the emotions that were shut away; the deep emotions. Sadly autumn is over so quickly and winter not as magical where I live, however ambiences like these help focus on why I feel more content around this time of the year.

I find solace in this mysterious music. I listen to it and I am inspired to do deeper spiritual work to maintain what I aquire, this time. I am compelled to self care and propelled onward and upward. I am not lonely on my journey, nor stressed. The tinkle of the keys dances across my mind and into the pit of my concerns. I exhale my disappointments and watch them float into orbit on the backs of these notes. The push and pull, ebb and flow, wax and wane: life without beauty would have no pain. Rebirth.
