You could've just used 550 Paracord. It has a tensile strength of 550 lbs. There is also heavier cord, with higher tensile strength. I use these cordage materials to make can holders and other containers with. Good luck with your creations!!🤙🤙
I love the design. I have a serious itch for a tensegrity build that is functional. I may laminate the bench and go a few wide on the legs. Instead of rope I’ll try wire and tag you in the build. Your video has such high production and should have 50k views.

This is why most use chains instead of ropes. Much more strength, up to 800 kilograms of weight.
