I have a question: That water tank outside, if you put it on a way that the sun hits it all day is it enough to warm water for shower ? I think so because being metallic it has to get hot i guess. Haven't been on here for awhile but we are going back in a couple months for a visit. I truly miss it there! My wife & I are in the states (2 years now) and have been back a few times. We are going to retire there in the next year & finish our place. We are building a house here so we have a place to come back to when we want. The Philippines is an awesome place & I miss it with all my heart! Its all I think of.

Can you live without airconditioning? I have to run ours in Cebu alot when we're in Philippines. Thinking of installing a split type with inverter when we move there. Hear it's cheaper to run than a conventional type.
I hope the dogs always have a fresh drinking water. The girl doesn't seem happy lol, she look miserable. And it's good for a guy like you build a property in Philippines and hope it will last your marriage? It's a lovely scenery as well.

No the house is not even close to being done. We are going back at the end of this year to really get most of the house/property finished. Adding on to it & changing a few things again.Gonna be big & beautiful! Were pushing for a 18 month finish on it. Yeah the wife was moody that day for sure , don't think she was truly happy about leaving our place. Going back in a week for a month.

The one thing I noticed on this video is that you are panning the camera so fast to a point that it makes people dizzy keeping track of the scenes....just saying....

Great video. You should be able to get a small electric pump so you can tuck it away inside and you wont need to balance the water tank so high

Depends on what area you live in. We are way out in the country so its low. We still have the grills on the house as we are not there half the year.
With security grills built around the house, the neighborhood must be that bad. It almost looks like a detention center of some sort...lol....

+anizares1 We really don't need ac. We are on top of the hill so get breezes most all day & night.
anizares1 an inverter will cost more but in the long run it cuts your electric bill by 1/2
