C-Frame Press - Model PPCM-50 - Features Review

On the primary control box you have two indicator lights one being a green light that indicates that the power is on, and then there is a red light to indicate any sort of failure, whether it's a power failure or safety system failure. And on the primary control box you have two modes that you change simply with key switch; there is a maintenance mode and an operating mode. In the maintenance mode the press is limited to 11 mm per second stroke speed and the light curtains are turned off so that the side curtains can be opened to allow for setup processes. When in operating mode it goes full speed and then you can select an automatic mode or manual mode on the main HMI control panel. Automatic mode enables one shot stroke and then manual mode requires the operator to keep their foot on the pedal to advance the cylinder stroke.
For Safety features there are photocells at the left and right of the front opening, and then you have an E-Stops on the main pendant, on the main HMI control panel, and also on the main power main control box of the press. The press comes with three cylinders, the centre cylinder, the drive cylinder and the cylinder on the left and the right are guide cylinders to always keep the slide table perfectly square.
On the top (slide) and bottom (bolster) table you can see that there is DIN-650 T-Slots machined into the table with our standard configuration but custom configurations are also available. In the centre there is an ejector piston. On the top of the PPCM-50 C-Frame press there is an analogue Manometer to gauge the tonnage along with a safety light that indicates when the press is in operation.
