Love Golden Slice. I just picked up a bunch when P&C had it for $7 a tin and they gave you $5 in P&C cash. (Net $2 a tin). It’s 54 here in Texas. Smoked my first Penzance ever last night and used my Doran Poker. Great Tobacco in a great Pipe. Thanks brother!

For some reason I can never smoke a bright flake like this any other time than the first one with a cup of English style tea with milk. It’s weird, but any other time it just tastes too tinny and grassy on my palette. Now a heavier Perique flake or blend or one with darker Virginia like Capstan works fine
Great tobacco it is. A month or two ago one of the sites had it for $3.50 a tin. I couldn’t believe it. I will never have to buy a tin of it again lol. That smoking room is going to be awesome. I am working on a video of mine yet. -16 without the wind here so no smoking til it warms up. Says 28 in the room.

I have an old tin which says it has burley, which apparently changed to perique but very light of it’s there. Oh you gotta do something about your tight undies, playing havoc with your voice 😂😂
