I've got a Tuareg on the dyno this week, prepped ECU tunes for many configurations:
- stock bike
- Arrow slipon
- Arrow dekat headers + stock slipon
- Arrow full exhaust
Thanks to @ArrowSpecialParts for giving us a pre-production exhaust for testing 👍 as usual, a perfect construction quality combined with greath performances!

Sounds great. I don't usually watch dyno pulls but with headphones on it was great.
Too bad the off-road tyre is so noisy on the roller!

Hello and great video! I am currently waiting in the U.S. for arrival of my Tuareg 660 and was told it would be here in April. I'm looking forward to trying one of your upmap tunes for full arrow race exhaust (no cats). My question is can the canister valve be simply removed or is there a special kit needed which requires plugging up a few areas, also is there any other emissions restrictions that I'm missing. Thank You.

Hola Buenas! Aprilia tuareg 660 cc el motor es el mismo RS 660 pero la RS tiene 100 cv y la tuareg 80 cv habrá algún centralita si la tuareg para subir a 100 cv como la RS ? O cambiar el motor la RS a la tuareg ? Muchas Gracias!

Do you no what they changed for the learner legal version of this bike?
Is it just a case of a remap to get 48hp back to 80 hp or is it a throtle body restrictions or cams ate diffrent to curve the power that much?
Any help would be apriciated before i drop 23 gs on a nugget👍
Just buy UpMap and flash the full power modded map of mine for stock exhaust. Done 👍
Is there a fuel commander installed on the bike to allow the ecu remap ?
I do custom maps in original bike ECU using #upmap
@@gabroracing what happen to the map if the dealer update the ECU with a new firmware? It usually gets reset, right ?
@@SuperCheesyMan we will update the upmap database as soon as new official maps come out, your bike will be always updated, even without dealer visit ;)

nono, it's kat-less. that "bottle" is a resonator/pre-silencer only!

How can I get these maps in Canada?
We have no distributors in Canada yet, but you can buy the Aprilia-UpMap at AF1-racing or CBCmoto in the US!
Tuareg model will be relased in the mapping system by some weeks
hello with which map did you perform the bench test? did you find differences between the 4 maps available? thanks for the replies
Engine Maps are 3: AEM 3 (Urban) Is a bit down in Power, while 1 and 2 have 1hp more and are the same. I've used map2 in this dyno
@@gabroracing The maps would actually be 4 as you know and for now no one has given the performance to the bench with the "off-road map" with ATC = 1 ABS = 2 and above all AEM = 1 (in which the response of the engine to the rotation of the accelerator is maximum in this configuration) and AEB 3. AEM = 1 is configurable only with the "offroad" map. If you tried it with this "offroad" map you would be the only one to have provided this data that the Italian journalistic magazines have not done
@@Apriliaofftheroad please go study your user booklet. Engine maps are 3, you can only chose one of the 3 in individual mode. Plus, you can't dyno test the bike with ATC active, front wheel locked and rear wheel spinning will activate traction control
@@gabroracing but it is precisely because I have read the user manual that I ask you. By selecting the offroad driving mode with ATC = 1 ABS = 1 AEM = 1 and AEB = 3 you can get the best performance. pages 94 and 95 of the user manual. I kindly ask if you have tried this configuration. the "maps" or "driving modes" call them as you prefer for common motorcyclists are 4. urban, offroad, individual, explorer. Thanks for the patience you will have to better explain what I understand ...

Hello Gabro, after mapping from 35KW to 70KW, it is possible to switch back to the 35Kw with the Rs660
Yes, anytime you want. 74kw map (100hp) is also available in UpMap for free.
@@gabroracing Okay, because I can only find the European Standard Map and the De Tuned 70KW map, the De Tuned 70Kw is the 35kw map? because it says 70kw in the description, I'm confused

@@oghein5632 yes you can get back to 35kw map in 5 minutes when you want.

How much lighter is that Arrow muffler than the stock one?
not really much, but it is lighter. sorry i didn't have occasion to weight them on a scale, can't be more precise
@@gabroracing My Arrow muffler just arrived today just like yours and the Arrow muffler weighs 6LBS and the factory muffler weighs 10.8LBS so the Arrow muffler is 4.8LBS less than the factory and now the bike is almost 5LBS lighter yeah! And the DB killers were left in the muffler. Sounds awesome too!
